Rakdos rage powered by Simic cunning. Ramp hard, play big stuff, and smash random opponents in the face for big damage. Vial Smasher adds extra payoff for playing big spells like Villainous Wealth and Comet Storm, while Thrasios, Triton Hero provides the fuel we need to get there. This deck is basically just ramp and win conditions, with a smattering of answers to keep us alive long enough to use them.

The goal of the deck is to ramp super hard and get out as many lands as possible. I should have just about all the good green basic fetchers. Thrasios himself helps with that, and then provides a sink to draw towards win conditions. I've got the Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth combo, and multiple ways to fetch nonbasics so I can get them. I'm also running as many mana doublers as I can justify buying: Regal Behemoth and Zendikar Resurgent. Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger and Mana Reflection are clearly also great here and I'll buy them some day.

The mana base could still use some upgrades, but it should suffice. I'm running a lot of basics because of all the green fetchers I'm playing. I also want enough basics to cast anything after a Wave of Vitriol.

The deck contains some ways to cheat on mana for extra Vial Smasher fun, but only where the effects are actually useful. Delve, Suspend, Evoke, and Undaunted all let you cast a spell for less than its CMC and still have Vial Smasher smash for the full amount. Mind's Dilation is a Vial Smasher all star since it gets you a trigger and a random card on each opponent's turn.

Big sorceries are where this deck shines. Expensive black one-sided board wipes like In Garruk's Wake can keep things under control. Villainous Wealth, Comet Storm and other big (X) spells can just end games with enough mana. Expropriate is just fun, for you at least. There's a reasonable amount of graveyard recursion to keep replaying things.
