Shenanigans with -1/-1 counters, tokens, wither and maybe some infect. Suggestions are welcome. I'm looking to replace some of the persist creatures or get a way to add +1/+1 tokens to them reliably so they can keep coming back. I could also use some more creatures with flying.

Combos I'm aware of:

having either Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist + Blowfly Infestation + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons should allow for and infinite combo if you get to kill a creature you control using -1/-1 counters, then Hapatra will make a new snake and can you use Blowfly to move the counter over to it which kills it and the Zulaport or Blood Artist will ping people to death.

Parallel Lives or Nest of Scarabs or Flourishing Defenses instead of zulaport or blood artist will allow you to make a whole bunch of tokens

I'm trying to keep the price reasonable (but in reality that probably won't happen)
