A 5 color deck inspired by CST. Note that Kenrith, the Returned King is almost entirely superior for this strategy, but Sisay offers the unique ability to tutor for Legendary permanents. There are a lot of options here for combo protection while "going off" with infinite mana and incremental value if the game has slowed down. Testing these is an ongoing process, and while we'll never reach the level of Tymna the Weaver / Thrasios, Triton Hero or Kenrith, the Returned King , Sisay, Weatherlight Captain can be a fun alternative that can still compete.

Win Conditions

Infinite Mana + Sisay

• Generate infinite mana with Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal .
• Cast Sisay.
• Activate Sisay's ability to grab Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers .
• Use Okina's activated ability to give Sisay +1/+1 (Sisay is now 3/3).
• (Optional) Activate Sisay's ability to grab Lavinia, Azorius Renegade for an extra layer of protection.
• Activate Sisay's ability to grab Thrasios, Triton Hero (Sisay is now 5/5).
• (Optional) Activate Sisay's ability to grab Teferi, Time Raveler for an extra layer of protection (and a 3rd legendary color, though this isn't really important now).
• (Optional) Activate Sisay's ability to grab Jace, Wielder of Mysteries instead of casting from hand.
• Infinite mana with Thrasios lets you win through Timetwister loops or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries / Laboratory Maniac .
