Fated Intervention

Instant

Put two 3/3 green Centaur enchantment creature tokens onto the battlefield. If it's your turn, scry 2. (Look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom of your library and the rest on top in any order.)

White definitely doesn’t have destroy target planeswalker effects. There IS Fated Intervention but that’s the only mono-white “destroy planeswalker” card

Hey, I'm currently playing Kalamax, the Stormsire using a secondary token strategy.

You could play a main token strategy with Kalamax and The Locust God. Kalamax can act as a pseudo Parallel Lives affect with instant spells that create token since if he's tapped the first instant you cast each turn is copied. Many cards can repeatably for no mana cost create a token when you cast an instant or sorcery and you want to be casting instants with Kalamax. Instant draw spells are good with Kalamax. The doubling of draw is good with The Locust God who creates an Insect token when you draw a card. In my opinion getting token value on top of the value you already get from instants with Kalamax could make this a viable main strategy.

Some cards for a creature token strategy with Kalamax:

First of all, I would replace Angelic Gift With either Gryff's Boon or Rancor , just like you said in the description. Why? Because Rampage of the Clans would destroy it, and it gets returned to your hand/battlefield whatsoever. Then, I would highly recommend a few copies of Collected Company , since it can be cast in an opponent's turn. Did it occur to you that red als also some great centaurs? For example, Burning-Tree Shaman , Stonebrow, Krosan Hero , Nikya of the Old Ways and Fanatic of Xenagos . Utopia Sprawl is in my opinion better than Verdant Haven . Then there's Conclave Cavalier , which is totally bonkers, although that strategy would not be effective when running Collected Company . Rosemane Centaur is also a good addition, but mainly if you run lower CMC creatures. And even though Genesis is not a centaur, flavourwise it would be a nice addition to this list. Maybe one copy of Fated Intervention for some instant-speed pressure. Tribalwise, I would highly recommend Metallic Mimic or Adaptive Automaton to replace the Stoneforge Masterwork , and you can even sacrifice them to Rampage of the Clans , for more value/pressure. Maybe a Mirror Entity to boost your crew in mid/lategame? If your having trouble getting the right creatures at the right time, maybe Eladamri's Call would be a nice tutor in this list. For fun, I would maybe even run a copy of Descendants' Path . You could also add some artifacts that suit nicely in any tribal deck. Think of cards like Icon of Ancestry , Obelisk of Urd , Bow of Nylea , Eldrazi Monument or maybe even Coat of Arms . Maybe even add a Selesnya Signet for fixing. All artifacts which you can even sacrifice to Rampage of the Clans . Also consider some Changelings, since they're basically just Centaurs... Chameleon Colossus . You could also add Oath of the Ancient Wood , if you're planning on running this amount of enchantments/auras. Then there's lands. I realize you want to keep this list budget, that's ok, in your case I would still run several Canopy Vista , Fortified Village , Temple of Plenty , Mutavault (which is a centaur), or Oran-Rief, the Vastwood . Chronicler of Heroes goes nicely with Lagonna-Band Trailblazer . Centaur Omenreader is also a pretty solid card by simple making your creatures cost 2 less when it's tapped. You also need cardadvantage. Think of cards like Harmonize . Also, in this meta, you'll need some hard removal. Think of cards like Dismember , Path to Exile , Generous Gift or Beast Within . You can also consider some allround lords and anthem effects. Maybe cards like Wilt-Leaf Liege , Always Watching , Glorious Anthem , Gaea's Anthem , Radiant Destiny , Hall of Triumph , Force of Virtue , Beastmaster Ascension or Collective Blessing . Maybe even a Song of Freyalise ? Yet again, all cards you can eventually sacrifice for Rampage of the Clans . You could even add some retrieval in this list, think of cards like Noxious Revival , Regrowth or Eternal Witness . Sideboard wise, I would highly recommend cards like Rest in Peace , Stony Silence , Dryad Militant , Krosan Grip , Damping Sphere , Grafdigger's Cage , Leyline of Sanctity .

This is it for now. When anything relevant comes up, I will let you know.

Keep up the good work.

Fated Intervention might be a cool card for this deck.

RECOMMENDED ADDITIONS

I would definitely add Phyrexian Processor, it is great in this deck!

Cryptolith Rite is really good as well. I also feel like some draw is good, maybe Lifecrafter's Bestiary.

You won't want to be casting your commander a bunch of times over, so some protection like Lightning Greaves would be good. (It will also let you use the populate the turn you play her).

Fresh Meat seems pretty good if someone clears your board, because since the tokens technically entered the graveyard before being exiled, you can rebuild.

The new card Polyraptor seems crazy in this deck, because the tokens have the copy ability as well.

I would also recommend either more lands or more ramp like Selesnya Signet, Cultivate, or Harvest Season (My personal favorite for this type of deck).

Two words: Storm Herd. If you play this card, especially with you commander out, you pretty much win.

Devout Invocation lets you gain a LOT of life and get some creatures that can survive a hit.

Hour of Reckoning can be a board clear if someone gets out of control or just a finisher to attack without blockers.

I would probably add a single target removal like Swords to Plowshares or Beast Within as well.

REMOVALS

Emmara Tandris is ok, but the mana cost is just too high to be an effective card.

Single creature buffs are generally ineffective in a go wide deck, so Unflinching Courage is not very good here.

Fated Intervention costs to much for what it does.

Healer of the Pride and Essence Warden don't do much but gain life, which generally isn't too good because they don't advance your board at all. You will have quite a lot of life from you commander if you do it right, so the additional lifegain doesn't do too much.

Brimaz, King of Oreskos is a good card, but his token generation is not very effective.

hmm, perhaps take out Satyr Hedonist(you are in green so you have plenty of better ramp IMO, Reckless Reveler (there are better artifact removal creatures and spells), Brute Force (your guys should be big enough without a 1 time use spell). Dance with Devils for 4 only grants you 2 guys, not that great. Same thing with Fated Intervention. Take out Stonefury, Titanic Growth, Titan's Strength for the same reason as brute force.

Your goal here should be two-fold (I think):#1 Pump out tons and tons of small token dudes. Use those tokens in either of 2 ways: Swarm and mass pump like with beastmaster's ascension. OR use those tokens to be devoured by your commander and swing with (hopefully) trampling hasting +25/25 for that 21 voltron commander damage (you need to devour at least 5 guys for 25/25). Perhaps take out other creatures that devour because you probably either want a ton of small dudes or your big commander instead of a few big-ish creatures. This will give you 2 main ways to win.

may i suggest some edits? You wouldn't need elvish mystic, and would probably be better off having something like this

(not sure how many cards this is, but some of these cards may be very helpful)

For protection against boardwipes, Rootborn Defenses, and Heroic Intervention.

Some deckbuilding tips: try to keep your deck at 60 cards, generally run 23 lands, and don't run cards that cost 6+ mana unless they are going to end the game for you or is very important (such as Elspeth, Sun's Champion which can win the game for you). For example, you could cut Paradox Engine, as it isn't as important. Nomads' Assembly can be powerful, but doesn't end the game.

instead of Crusader of Odric, Hanweir Militia Captain  Flip is probably better.
