Flying spirits? Elementals? Servo? Construct? Birds? Drakes? Insectified wizards?! Flying SHARKS!?! Welcome to Kykar Token Storm with a slight budget restriction! This deck plan to utilize spellslinger theme to generate bunch of tokens which in turn win games through various ways.

We start of with the core of our decks - tokens. How do we generate them? Other than our commander - Docent of Perfection  , Metallurgic Summonings, Murmuring Mystic, Saheeli, Sublime Artificier, Shark Typhoon, Talrand, Sky Summoner and Young Pyromancer are ways to generate tokens through spell slinging via cantrip, draw and interaction spells.

The payoff cards for generating tokens are: Altar of the Brood (mill your opponents to death) Carthar's crusade (pump your tokens as it etb) Impact Tremors (ETB damage) Jeskai Ascendancy, Leonin Lightscribe & Haze of Rage (buffing tokens via storm approach) & Octavia is a fun inclusion where you can turn your tokens to 8/8 via spellslinging.

As for spells, there are total of 37 sorcery/instant spells to get value from. Recursion spells like Mizzix's Mastery and Past in Flames can close out games during late game from casting all our spells that is in our graveyard.

Idyllic Tutor and Solve the Equation are tutors to find our combo pieces or answers. Perplexing Test is the only boardwipe we have that is mostly one sided.

Speaking of casting multiple spells in a turn, this deck has a secondary storm theme which rewards from casting cheap spells to get storm payoff cards to ping damage Aria of Flame and Guttersnipe . Haze of Rage and Heroic Reinforcements can win games provided we got huge board presence. Also, Goblin Bombardment also allows us to sac our tokens to ping damage to opponents.

Alternate wincon is hitting 9 tokens in the face and win via Strixhaven Stadium or saccing all spirits token to cast game ending Crackle with Power or Expansion / Explosion

The only infinite combo in our deck is Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal and Jeskai Ascendancy + Retraction Helix provided that we must have at least 1 Sol Ring / 2 mana rocks in our board state to generate infinite cast triggers/token ETBs which can instantly win games on the spot if you have the combo pieces (Altar of brood, impact tremors etc) of the deck.
