Progenitus budget EDH for a $25 league (not including cmdr, basics). My first deck I built for this multiplayer league was kind of competitive, I wanted with this second build to make something of a less competitive, slow-burn enchantments based deck that was more political and geared for multiplayer with hondens (always wanted to see what a 5c honden deck would look like, probably terrible) curses, and political "you can't attack me" cards. Will have to see how it shakes out keeping with the budget, because some of the cards may be too expensive that I'd like to run.

Edit: Well the deck turned out altogether pretty decent. While you'd like to run maybe some boarwipes, gate-interaction cards, sphere of safety and taxes like propaganda, ghostly prison and rhystic study, the budget simply won't allow that. The deck isn't fast per se, but it definitely does-something. The ramp and draw turned out altogether decent imo, it ramps up to Progenitus fairly quickly, and it fixes enough that land itself is rarely a problem. There might be too many bounce lands, but oh well. The general idea is that you're controlling but not stopping other players, just disincentivizing them to attack you. With a bunch of removal enchants on the board, it creates a psychological effect that noone really wants to mess with you, and if you pick someone you don't like you can start cursing them. Bitterheart witch and Heliod's pilgrim are pretty much gonna search for curse of misfortunes, and then you can really go to town on one person. Font of return, open the vaults and archaeomancer ensure that you have some (or a lot!) of recursion, so you can do it all again even after curses fall off one dead oppt or cards get killed. Auramancer and Monk Idealist recur as well, and if one of them gets font of return you can start the chain all over again.

It's not exactly meant to be a GREAT deck, just kind of a pile of cards. Any suggestions are welcome but please keep budget in mind
