Maybeboard


First version of a Jhoira deck under construction that's all about sacrificing artifacts and getting them back from the graveyard. Lots of cards make spells/artifacts cheaper. Tons of low casting cost, fast rocks keep Jhoira "whirring" to draw lots of cards that are playable for free or nearly for free. Trying to keep the budget relatively low so that the price/power level is relatively consistent with my other decks in progress (Vorel, Adeliz, Volo, Zada, Grist, Tourach, Rona). Not sure how much thopter type stuff I want to play so for example Efficient Construction and Brudiclad are in the maybeboard. Got some pricier stuff in the Acquireboard and I'm open to input on what are the best price values on cards that would improve the deck. Also not sure about some of the legends I'm including like Tawnos and Felden, who suit the theme very well lore-wise. Recently took out Isochron Scepter because I'm not super into Dramatic Reversal or infinite combos generally, wondering if I should play more or fewer counterspells. How many ramp artifacts and mana rocks do I want? Cut sphere of the suns because it comes into play tapped? Recently pulled the cluestone and keyrune. Capsize, Distorting Wake and the Weatherlights are there for the flavor but I feel like they're somewhat justifiable. How many artifact tutors do I want? Cut Whir of Invention for the mana curve?
