I'm not sure if Teysa would even want a friend, but Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker is a bit of a kindred, maybe they could hang for tea?

If you want people to attack a lot there is Angel's Trumpet, very handy that your Spirits have flying! Exquisite Blood is a combo piece, but it's also a strong card on it's own, it synergizes with your Commander very powerfully I'd say, if people come at you their creature's die, and if they go at each other then you gain life. Breena, the Demagogue can be used to make your stuff better. Shadrix Silverquill has a really good interaction with your Commander, if you give someone an Inkling and they come at you it dies and you get a 1/1, and if you give your board +1 counters twice than your 1/1s clobber inklings. I would run Transmogrifying Wand over Murder, it's 4 mana for the first creature but only 1 more for the next 2. You could also try something like Reckless Spite. I am a big fan of True Conviction, very good with a big token army.

It's a pretty janky card but I often enjoy using Axis of Mortality in White decks that are trying to stay on budget, you can punish or reward people as you see fit, it's a very strong political effect, and if people are losing creatures to your ability to lower your life total (while giving you evasive attackers) then you're probably gaining ground.

It's up to you obviously if you don't want to run more lands, but have you thought about including some MDFCs? I use Hagra Mauling  Flip and am happy to see it now and then, ETB tapped lands aren't great, but if the spell effect is also a playable effect their value is incredible. I'm sure you could find a use for Malakir Rebirth  Flip too, though that is less budget.

In the time that I've played Commander I've come to the conclusion that one of the hallmarks of a good deck is card draw, especially low to the ground effects. Stuff like Sign in Blood and Night's Whisper are very good in practice, there are also things like Village Rites, Corrupted Conviction, Plumb the Forbidden, and Reckoner's Bargain, these are all handy with your tokens, but also if you can't protect your Commander and they're getting blown up anyways, this can also prevent effects like Oubliette from working (which can be VERY helpful if your deck depends on your Commander, you might want a couple in the deck in case). If you think your tokens might stay 1/1s, or that you can get them to die with consistency then Skullclamp draws a lot of cards. Stinging Study draws a whopping 7 cards in this deck, for only 5 mana, I'd say that'd be handy late game.

This brew looks a lot better than your other one, so good job! There’s still some things to work towards though:

  • your cards currently have no reason to care about the various sacrifice triggers happening outside of Ugluk of the White Hand and Stalactite Stalker… it would be nice if there were more cards that profited from your sacrifices.

  • your deck is almost always going to be wanting to play proactively on your turn, which means you’ll often be using all your mana then. I think it’ll be really hard to ever be able to make use of Orcish Medicine

  • interaction is good: Bone Shards is more useful than Corrupted Conviction

Buried Alive is 3 mana, Demonic Tutor is 2 mana, and Bloodghast is 2 mana. If you cast Buried to dump a Bloodghast, it's still going to take another land play to get the same value as playing Bloodghast directly. I would cut Buried and just add another Bloodghast.

There aren't many repeatable sac outlets that draw cards, but Village Rites and Corrupted Conviction are solid, along with Deadly Dispute. I think these will help you more than long-term draw, but for the sake of completion Phyrexian Arena and Black Market Connections are the standard and top end, respectively.

Next thought is, you have a lot of potential finishers. The Exquisite Bond combo is the most generally useful, in my opinion, and you can get some redundancy with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose. I would cut Mind Twist and two Exsanguinates for a couple Vitos and a couple more Thoughtseizes for more early advantage. Discard that you choose > random discard > discard that they choose.

Falkenrath Forebear can also work as Vampire-centric sacrifice fodder, especially alongside Voldaren Bloodcaster  Flip if you go hard in this direction, but it's a little less reliable. Maybe just break away from vampires and use another recursive creature.

How much does Surgical Extraction help you? If you're against graveyard decks or combo decks regularly, keep it in main deck. Otherwise, it's sideboard material. As I write that, I realize there's no sideboard listed--do you use sideboards?

Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is very good with Cabal Coffers, so keep those together. But how do you use the fetchlands? If it's only to find another basic Swamp, there's no reason not to just use more basic Swamps.

Starting with mana, you only have 44 sources. I would recommend going around 47. Sapphire Medallion and Jet Medallion are a lot better than the monuments, although more expensive. You want to avoid 3 mana rocks like Dimir Locket and Commander's Sphere, you have better options in two mana ones. Add Coldsteel Heart, Fellwar Stone, Dimir Signet, Talisman of Dominance and at least one land.

For interaction, you could add enchantment removal like Feed the Swarm. Bitter Triumph is new and may be better than Infernal Grasp here.

Since mill and discard can basically act as card draw, you can run cards like Mire Triton, Stitcher's Supplier, Undead Butler, Palantir of Orthanc, and Fact or Fiction, as well as sacrifice based card draw like Corrupted Conviction, Village Rites, and Deadly Dispute. There's also always all-stars Black Market Connections, Phyrexian Arena, and Rhystic Study if you want to go that direction.

Some card to protect your commander like Netherborn Altar, Malakir Rebirth  Flip, Zombie Master or Lightning Greaves / Swiftfoot Boots may be helpful if you rely on Gisa and it keeps getting removed.

There are certain cards I am not a fan of in this deck including Master of Death, Prized Amalgam, Scourge of Nel Toth, Tomebound Lich, Dead Revels, and Syphon Flesh.

Some other cards to consider include Cryptbreaker, Geralf, Visionary Stitcher, Ghoulcaller Gisa, Lord of the Undead, Noxious Ghoul, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, The Scarab God, Distant Melody, Buried Alive, Diabolic Intent, Liliana, Dreadhorde General. You could probably replace similar cards with these if they are better.

Gravecrawler + Rooftop Storm + Sac Outlet is infinite. I don't think you run many sac outlets. You could add Acererak the Archlich to go infinite with just Rooftop Storm.

Crow_Umbra on Where in the world is Carmen

I saw your forum post, and figured I'd leave my suggestions here:

  • Scapegoat - Can help with board protection for stuff you wouldn't want to die (mostly Carmen).

  • Bartolome del Presidio - Kind of like another Carrion Feeder. Helpful to have another free sac outlet that can also grow into a threat.

  • Plumb the Forbidden - Maybe can replace Village Rites or Corrupted Conviction. Excellent draw, especially when used in response to board wipes. One of my favorite uses was using it in response to a Living Death lol.

  • Fanatical Devotion - Another free sac outlet that can help you protect key creatures.

  • Curse of the Restless Dead - Could be another means of getting creature tokens to sac, even if you enchant yourself with it. I think this or Fanatical Devotion could replace Monologue Tax, which felt very underwhelming each time I played it.

  • Loran of the Third Path - Another helpful ETB removal with some upside for political draw.

  • Chittering Witch - ETB token creator with a bit of removal

  • Bronzebeak Foragers - More ETB removal that can be repeated with Carmen. Kind of like a Grasp of Fate on a stick.

  • Luminous Broodmoth - Helps recur your sacrificed creatures and turns them into more effective attackers/blockers, assuming they didn't already have flying.

  • Vito, Fanatic of Aclazotz - A value engine that cares about you sacrificing permanents.

  • Lich-Knights' Conquest - Could be a means of doing a "surgical" version of Living Death, and get back some of your ETB removal like Fleshbag Marauder and crew.

I think you have a solid start so far in terms of trying to balance out sac fodder creation and sac enablers. Every meta is different, but I think with how prevalent Treasures and similar types of tokens are now, Carmen should get some incidental growth from other players, but will definitely require some testing in your local metas to determine that. I think having a decent amount of Free Sac Outlets to let you control your own sacrificing at instant speed should be helpful too, especially if some of those effects can help you protect Carmen, or at least replenish resources if she is removed.

Tsukimi on Alela draw-go faerie fun!

Came here from reddit, I know you said you are looking for cuta but I have found that I really struggle to make cuts without seeing what better/more fun replacements would look like. Seeing better or more fun options makes cuts easier imo.

Alela's Huge Goads is my Alela deck and there's lots of fun pieces from there I would suggest, but you should take a look and see what feels fun to you! Cheap instants, especially ones that draw cards like Corrupted Conviction or Village Rites are both great because they make you a Faerie, draw two cards, and only cost one mana. I had tried a few different things with Alela, but low CMC instants really make the deck fun and allow you to put out a fairy each turn. To that effect, there's a lot of expensive cards CMCwise I would cut here like Faerie Slumber Party and Kindred Dominance. I had both in my starting list but expensive sorceries don't jive well with Alela and usually just kind of get in the way.k if you'd like any other suggestions!

Welcome to the club, Hundrumleek!

Bubbling Cauldron doesn't feel like it offers that much here. How many games has the life gain made a difference for you, where it actually bought you the time to win? Unless the life gain from Bubbling Cauldron regularly and reliably helps you win matches, I think that adding another source of pressure would work better.

Sticking with the "cheap sacrifice outlet" idea, life loss from Lampad of Death's Vigil or Vermin Gorger would offer another chance for Gutterbones to recur. Cabal Therapist or Nezumi Bone-Reader can force discards. While not Skeletons, these are "safe" and affordable options, if budget is a concern.

I also think you can safely cut one of the Skeletal Swarmings and add some more draw cards. Village Rites is another Corrupted Conviction, for example. This will help lower your mana curve and reduce early game dead draws. Since this deck is more control-y than ramp-y, getting SkeleSwarm before you can use it is just a dead draw.

Skeleton is my favorite creature type, and is my favorite color combination, so this sort of deck always gets my attention. Above all, have fun!
