Oh nice, I really like rhythm of the wild and uncivil unrest! I will get a lot use from those persist creatures, that's for sure. All will be one would be an interesting means damage opponents with the counters, I like that idea.
I have been eyeballing Krav for this deck. He would be a good addition and I have one if him as well.
These are great suggestions, thanks!

hey Ctoth-2!
That Loyal Guardian is a great idea! I have never seen that card before, I'll have to ask around to see if anyone in my playgroup has one. Having another means to put +1/+1 counters on my persist creatures would definitely go a long way to getting my master plan active: To Goad all of the creatures, all of the time.
As to the anti-lifegain subtheme, I realized it went against the lifegain portion while I was assembling the physical deck, so I'm testing out Fireball and Lavalanche instead of Exsanguinate and Torment of Hailfire. I also replaced the Demon Tutor and Grim Tutor and dropped Diabolic Tutor. I tend to avoid having certain staples in my decks so they don't feel stale, and I noticed I keep wanting to put those fouro in nearly every black deck. I like my games to have some variety and for decks to have different strategies compared to the others. I left Zulaport Cutthroat (Another card I find in a lot of my black decks, but it's ability suits the deck) and the Vampiric Rites in the deck as the lifegain is just a minor benefit to what I was actually after: a recurring life loss for opponents with one and card draw and a sac engine with the other.
Squee is a good idea. I did consider him until my son took my spare copy to use in a deck of his own haha. My other one is a Commander for another deck. He would be a great addition though. Braids, Arisen Nightmare is...well... a nightmare to try to convince players to trade. I didn't see any available last week but I should ask around.
These are great suggestions man! Thanks a lot for giving them out. You don't have to be the strongest deckbuilder around to build a good, fun deck. Your suggestions would definitely be an improvement.

#1Here's another one that looks like it would work well for the consistent persist ability Grumgully, the Generous
So far I would have:
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed Rhythm of the Wild Master Chef Uncivil Unrest Grumgully, the Generous
That's some pretty decent odds of getting recurring Persist creatures! Oh yes, I also added two scarecrows to the list, Rattleblaze Scarecrow as well as Wingrattle Scarecrow. a bit on the mana heavy side, but they should help.
I've also updated the list to show some changes, such as the removal of the tutors and some other tweaks.
