(So sorry for my bad english... But consider my effort to explain :D)

Teferi was one of the planeswalkers that manipulate time. He is known for to seal one of the Major Rifts in Dominaria plane costing his spark against Phyrexian forces, as written in the novel Time Streams

This deck is based on mechanics of High Tide decks, mainly The Tolarian Stroke, a standard format deck from 1998 that I love.

So, this deck works with second ability of Teferi, Temporal Archmage to make a big amount of mana to cast wincons.

(PS.: This deck wins in the forth round on average and it interfere a little bit in the game of your friends.)

I. The Omnitell (Omniscience + Show and Tell ): This is the best deck's synergie. You can cast a tons of extra turn spells (like Time Warp, Temporal Manipulation, Walk the Aeons and so on) or cantrips (like Brainstorm, Ponder and Preordain) until you find Enter the Infinite and become a god. Care about of ETB triggers (like Oblivion Ring or Reclamation Sage) from your oponents after Show and Tell effect. Protect Omniscience with Stifle or Trickbind, and if you have Enter the Infinite in your hand, you can cast Quicken to an instant victory.

Another way to cast Omniscience or Enter the Infinite is using Counterlash or Dream Halls.

After you cast Enter the Infinite and don't know how to come to play, begin casting all mana rocks (like Mana Vault, Grim Monolith, Gilded Lotus and so on) that you have, and cast Turnabout to untapping all your artifacts. Now, use your creativity, but remember that you have only one card in your library... Maybe you can cast Beacons of Tomorrows for always. :D

II. The Time Veil (Teferi, Temporal Archmage + The Chain Veil ): You pay to activate The Chain Veil ability and activate the second ability from Teferi, Temporal Archmage, untapping The Chain Veil and more three mana rocks or lands that generate more than 2 manas (like Scorched Ruins, Lotus Vale, Teferi's Isle and Coral Atoll, or Islands affected by High Tide or Extraplanar Lens), and do it again, and again, to add mana into your pool until Teferi, Temporal Archmage goes to Command Zone and cast it again. Now it enters as a new object able to activate its abilities equal the amount of times the The Chain Veil has been activated this turn plus one (use dices here). With this synergie, you can filter your deck with the first ability of Teferi, Temporal Archmage until its has more one ability to activate, so you do all it again: Put some more mana into your mana pool activating The Chain Veil multiple times untapping it, until Teferi, Temporal Archmage goes to Command Zone to cast it again. If you find any other planeswalker with this process, you won the game: Jace, the Mind Sculptor exiles all libraries from the game, Karn Liberated resets the game with the wincons, Tamiyo, the Moon Sage gives you infinite extra turns, Tezzeret the Seeker helps you to put more artifacts on play and helps untapping The Chain Veil giving more abilities, and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon cleans the table, kills your opponent by damage and allows you to cast what you want. You can do everything! You can do it fetching The Chain Veil with Fabricate or using the second ability from Tezzeret the Seeker.

(PS.: You MUST have this in mind: This synergie depends on quantity of loyalty counters on Teferi, Temporal Archmage and the amount of mana produced by three permanents (5 per untapping, at least, with mana at total to cast Teferi). So, use your brain to calculate! ;) ).

III. The Endless Ringing (Mind Over Matter + Temple Bell ): Activate Temple Bell and everyone draws a card, so you discard a card to activate Mind Over Matter to untap Temple Bell, and do it again until you discard Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre killing your opponents by overdeck... Now you know 'Infinite Gyre' of Ulamog means. :D

IV. The Mind's Zenith (Blue Sun's Zenith + Mind Over Matter ): That's the classic way to kill your opponents by overdeck. After you have so many cards at your hand, you discard a card to activate Mind Over Matter to untap any mana rock or land that generates multiple mana and tap to put mana into your pool. So, repeats this process until you have a enough amount of mana to your opponent draws his/her entire deck with Blue Sun's Zenith.

V. Sensei's Sight (Future Sight + Sensei's Divining Top ): It's a helpful synergie which makes you draw faster using the ability of Sensei's Divining Top and cast it again with Future Sight with only and see the next card. If you have Mind Over Matter in play, you may discard to untap any mana rock to do it non stop.

VI. Capsizing to Past (Capsize + Teferi, Temporal Archmage ): This synergie allows you make inifinite amount of mana to kill your opponents with Blue Sun's Zenith or bouncing all opponents' permanents with Capsize for example. All you need to do is bouncing Teferi, Temporal Archmage with Capsize 'buybacked', cast Teferi, Temporal Archmage again, untap mana rocks and lands that generate multiple mana and do it again and again. The problem here is that you need untap three permanents that adds 13 manas to your pool ( to cast Teferi from your hand; more to cast Capsize 'buybacked'; and or to pile up into your pool). This way, only if you have in play Scorched Ruins + Guilded Lotus + Lotus Vale and Mana Vault or similar. To run it easier, besides four mana rocks, you'll need Sapphire Medallion in play, which discounts manas, adding is enough. But if you have Omniscience in play, adding is the minimum.

VII. Monolith of Brighthearth (Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth ): This cards plus allows you to have big amount of colorless mana. You tap Basalt Monolith to add and use this three colorless manas in your pool to untap Basalt Monolith. With the last ability on stack, copy that ability with Rings of Brighthearth. Then untap Basalt Monolith and tap again to add , so untap again and add more to your pool. Now use three colorless manas of six to untap and use more two of them to copy the untap ability, so stays in your pool and add more six colorless mana to your pool and repeat this process and kill your opponents with Blue Sun's Zenith.
