(3), Tap: Until end of turn, if the top card in your graveyard is an instant or sorcery card, you may cast that card. If a card cast this way would be put into a graveyard this turn, exile it instead.

Bosium Strip Discussion
I love this list! I have been trying to turn G/W selvala into a cEDH deck fo some time now, and I'm glad I'm not the only one. My list is similar to this one, but much more into spellslinger type effects (26 instants!).
With spellslinger theme I get to make good use of some very interesting cards, especially Season of Growth, Malachite Talisman (good because it triggers on opponents green spells as well!) and best of all Bosium Strip (nice flexibility on opponent's turn as well). I was worried about flash hulk too, but I realized this deck is pretty well positioned to act against it. A selvala activation with thassa's oracle on the stack loses the player the game and I also include angel's grace, both as a way to prevent decking myself when selvala is comboing off and to kill a flash hulk player/ demonic consultation shenanigans. Instant speed untap spells also allows you to really mess with the stack and work around opponents answers to your stuff. I would love to compare notes and brew a little bit if you are interested!

Couple suggestions: Snapcaster Mage i know is pricey but is a solid auto include in this. Future Sight or Magus of the Future to have potential for infinite spells to access Archaeomancer , Torrential Gearhulk or Mnemonic Wall along with Bosium Strip for recursion for spells.

So i know its not a cut but a often overlooked card you may want to consider (for the same reason one would run mirari) is Bosium Strip . Just a thought

I have been using these in a budget version, and they work quite nicely specially if you have Paradox Engine out

R/U always has issues with enchantments, thats just a handicap that those colors have, and you dont have much in the way of answers honestly. Aside from Chaos Warp, you are basically relying on blues ability to counterspell/bounce for these things. Yes its rough, but hey, you wanted a challenge, right? ;)
There are ways to dissuade people from attacking you, although if you are wanting to stick to inst/sorc, its pretty limited. Illusionist's Gambit, Disrupt Decorum, and weird stuffs like that can offer temporary protection while being instants. Otherwise, you are looking at adding more artifacts and enchantments that will protect and dissuade attacks. Collective Restraint is a shitty propaganda here, Meekstone can slow things down but doesnt solve token threats well, and Dissipation Field taxes pretty good but can allow your opponents to re-use ETB creatures n stuff. Bonfire of the Damned could be added to your burn list, since it shouldnt be hard to get it on the top of your deck when you need it. Volcanic Vision is also a good add.
As far as ramping goes, there is a lot of static ramp effects for inst/sorc. You have quite a few in your SB already, and Id suggest adding a few if you are intending on doing a lot of spellcasting each turn. I would not suggest arcane melee however, its symmetrical effect can be rough I have found.
If you are wanting to keep all of that artifact ramp in there though, I would suggest switching some around for draw effects, such as Commander's Sphere, Mind Stone, ect, as they can be very useful drawing past non-inst/sorc when needed.
Its hard to get any decent lifegain in these colors and without much in the way of creatures. I mean, Basilisk Collar is probably your best bet...? haha
Random secret tech, Bosium Strip.
Final advice, run more topdeck manipulation. If you want to be all tricksy, run a bunch of the instant ones to make some super convoluted stacks with Melek out. It can get pretty nutso.
Impulse, Spy Network, Trickery Charm, and Telling Time are probably the go-to cards for that. Otherwise theres a bunch of sorcery ones, must haves being Ponder, Preordain, and the MVP Mystic Speculation. Portent and Index also pull their weight here. But if you want to be more proactive with your topdeck manipulation, theres stuff like Discombobulate, Condescend, and Fated Conflagration.

Thought Vessel over vensers journal.
Sphinx-Bone Wand is a great win-con.
Bloodwater Entity because putting stuff on top is clutch
Sol Ring auto include
Bosium Strip weird tech, basically gives flashback to all spells in a turn
Telling Time instant speed, gets something in hand, and on top

Also, you could upgrade your x-burn spells with Comet Storm and Fall of the Titans and trade Inferno/Fire Tempest for something likeRolling Earthquake/Earthquake/Fault Line/Molten Disaster ect. (does that same thing but better/more flexible)
If you are looking for stuff to take out I would start with Sun Droplet (seems real slow and super bad at what it does) Bosium Strip (would rather just draw cards instead of taxing myself 3 mana, this deck probably won't be casting more than 1 spell of the strip per turn at best) Lightning Bolt/Lightning Strike/Volt Charge (not a lot of impact in EDH, 3 damage just isn't that much) Searing Flesh (for similar reasons just put in another x-burn spell) Spellbook (you don't seem to be drawing that many cards) Mind's Desire (storm count would be really low most of the time since copying doesn't count towards storm count)
