This deck started with a budget of $10 and most of that went to Uril. The rest was made with auras I had on-hand. Since then I've been slowly upgrading him with anything I can find at my local shops for under $2. I think I've reached the limit of what I can do without increasing my budget by a large margin. The strategy for the deck is basically just slap as many auras as you can on our boy and slap people in the face, or maybe draw into a Chandra's ignition and slap everyone in the face at once.
