Generally soft lockout on opponents' mana. There's no actual way to win, just attrition. I use it to annoy combo decks in the playgroup.

Perfect lock: Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, Loxodon Gatekeeper, Stasis, Nature's Will or vigilance (from Always Watching or Heliod, God of the Sun or Angelic Field Marshal)

Weaknesses: graveyard shenanigans, planeswalkers. Mana base is also budget.
