Cool to see an Exalted Voltron Isshin build. I don't see those as often as some of the go-wide strats. It looks like you have 2 copies of Akrasan Squire in your mainboard.

Although they aren't Samurai, Knight of Glory and Knight of Infamy can help round out your Exalted creatures.

I know they also aren't Samurai, but there are a handful of creatures with Myriad that work well with Isshin. Because of how Myriad and Exalted both work, you can technically have a Myriad-creature attacking solo. The Myriad tokens are created after the Declare Attackers step, so they don't count as declared attackers.

Some cool Myriad creatures:

Lastly, Dolmen Gate and Reconnaissance can help round out your board protection for attacks.

No prob! If you decide to lean into the whole Single Attacker route, then there's a whole package of Exalted you could add to the deck (although not from Neon Dynasty). The best thing is that Exalted is an Attack Trigger, so Isshin will double it up:

Yes, Knights aren't Samurai, but thematically they have similarities in terms of their personal codes and martial prowess lol. At the very least, Sublime Archangel and Cathedral of War might be the ones most worth including.

Update: After some Game's an the release of the Core 2019 I desided to do some changes:

  1. Cut the Equipment package (Everething without direct synergy with knights) an other artifacts, include others
  2. Add some "controly elements" besides Blind Obedience
  3. Tweek the Landbase = more Swamp
  4. Do some rework to the creaturebase
  5. Do something against flyer-heavy decks
  6. Other changes

to 1. exclude: Sword of the Animist = never had Problems an Lands, Blackblade Reforged = simply nice, no real vallue, Door of Destinies = performed not so well and to slow, Sword of Vengeance = no extra vallue with knights

  Include: Herald's Horn = thanks "SynergyBuild", more synergy, great vallue

to 2. Include: Authority of the Consuls = make Enemies slower, gain some live

to 3. Swap: 2xPlains against 2xSwamps

to 4. exclude: Kabira Vindicator = to expensive, need leveling to buff the knights Elenda, the Dusk Rose = to expensive, to slow on value Pentarch Paladin = feeld clunky, to expensive for a "removal"

Include: Valiant Knight = buff my board an can give doublestrike Dauntless Bodyguard = lower the ovreall cmc, good protection for other creatures Knight of Infamy = lower the ovreall cmc, ok body, protection

to 5. Include: On Serra's Wings = maybe too clunky, are there better options?

  Maybe:   Include Avacyn, Angel of Hope?

OK... lets start with the creatures. u only want big hitters or stuff that do things while entering/attacking (Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Balefire Dragon, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Lord of the Void, Demonlord Belzenlok). If you want some cheap creatures play stuff like Stoneforge Mystic to get ur hexproof equipments or Mother of Runes/Grand Abolisher for protection. The small creatures you have, like Monastery Swiftspear, Knight of Infamy basically dont do anything. Anger: there are way better ways to give ur stuff haste.Serra Angel: doesnt do enough.- The Manabase is fine. u can allways upgrade it with some shock or fetch lands, maybe Nomad Outpost, Path of Ancestry .- Boros Signet, Orzhov Signet, Rakdos Signet are pretty much must have.- As for removal spells, try to go for unconditional stuff like Vindicate, Anguished Unmaking. Also try to get in at least one mass revival like Primevals' Glorious Rebirth, Faith's Reward can be game ending after an board wipe.- You also want some haste givers like Dragon Tempest or Fervor.- The most important thing for this kind of deck is to keep ur commander around. Whispersilk Cloak is fine, but the boots are cheaper and also give haste Swiftfoot Boots Lightning Greaves.- Another important thing is card draw. u already have Rune-Scarred Demon, but its by far not enough. Bloodgift Demon, Phyrexian Arena, Necropotence is pretty much my first tutor target in almost every game, Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor. there are also cheaper alternatives like Diabolic Tutor.- Just look around other kaalia decks and see what theyre doing and of course playtest alot.

For your side, Great Sable Stag is good against blue and black, Knight of Infamy is good against white. I am a big fan of Dragon's Claw since it renders burn worthless. I imagine it will depend on your meta what you ultimately play, but these three do well in mine.

Gideon of the Trials is a pretty cheap walker and might have some value. Good sideboard cards are Kor Firewalker against burn and Knight of Infamy for the orzhov mirror. Rain of Tears Pooling Venom and Contaminated Ground would be very funny with Small Pox provided you force them to sac lands first. Since budget doesnt seem to be much of an issue Vindicate can really cause headaches for your opponent since it never really becomes a dead card. One last card I am a big fan of in here would have to be Dictate of Erebos for decks that could match your creature production.
