The goal is to get Tolsimir out and then start producing wolf tokens or play wolf cards to benefit from the lifegain and fight other creatures.

To make the Tokens more effective at fighting, the deck also has a bunch of Anthem effects. The original Tolsimir ( Tolsimir Wolfblood actually synergizes quite well with your commander, as he not only buffs up Voja, Friend to Wolves up to 5/5, but also brings in his own Voja every turn.

I also really wanted to include Wren's Run Packmaster . The problem is that she's a bit iffy to get on the board due to her champion ability. You can technically champion your commander if need be, but I also included some mana dorks like Llanowar Elves and Elvish Mystic , as well as some other elves that happened to synergize with the strategy. Her ability to give all your wolves deathtouch and produce wolves at instant speed is just too good to pass up on.

Since your wolves are your main source for removal, it's important that you're always able to target your opponent's stuff. Because of this, I decided to include Arcane Lighthouse , Detection Tower and, in case your opponents are running gods or Eldrazi, Bonds of Mortality . Depending on your meta, you can also leave these out.

I actually really like Conjurer's Closet and Panharmonicon in this deck. The closet lets you flicker any of your nontoken wolves or your commander to get more fight triggers. Panharmonicon with your commander out will at the very least gain you 6 life per wolf. It's unlikely that your wolves will be able to fight 2 times in a row (a creature that's already dead can't fight after all), but every now and then it might just happen (Especially if you have Vigor out). Also, if you play Tolsimir with Panharmonicon out, you'll be able to deal a minimum of 6 damage to any creature.
