Maybeboard

My revised version of my original R/G Werewolf tribal deck. The deck is aggro-centric with the goal of boosting both the human side of my werewolves while still capitalizing off of their stronger counterparts. To accomplish these pumps we have a mix of lords and enchantment/artifact support:

Beastmaster Ascension
Coat of Arms
Door of Destinies
Geier Reach Bandit
Immerwolf
Instigator Gang
Mayor of Avabruck
Neck Breaker
Shared Animosity
Vanquisher's Banner

Of course the main attraction of playing werewolves is the flip-mechanic however, while this is a fun and powerful mechanic, it also presents a unique challenge. To better help smooth out the flipping of our werewolves, the following cards have been incorporated to either dissuade my opponents from playing spells or spells that allow for instant speed interactions:

Damping Sphere
Descendants' Path
Elvish Piper
Hermit of the Natterknolls
Lurking Predators
Mondronen Shaman
Moonmist
Price of Glory
Ruric Thar, the Unbowed
Selvala's Stampede
Silverfur Partisan
Vedalken Orrery
Waxing Moon
Winding Canyons
Yisan, the Wanderer Bard

Since we're in Green, the deck has a decent amount of ramp via mana dorks and mana rocks:

Conduit of Storms
Darksteel Ingot
Growing Rites of Itlimoc
Gruul Signet
Krallenhorde Howler
Scorned Villager
Sol Ring
Talisman of Impulse
Ulvenwald Captive
Xenagos, the Reveler

Perhaps the biggest challenge for Gruul colored decks is getting reliable card advantage/card draw. While this deck still struggles to keep up with some decks, it has a fair amount of resources to provide card advantage of various sorts. These take the form of:

Descendants' Path
Domri Rade
Duskwatch Recruiter
Garruk, Caller of Beasts
Harmonize
Hermit of the Natterknolls
Lambholt Elder
Lifecrafter's Bestiary
Lurking Predators
Rishkar's Expertise
Sage of Ancient Lore
Selvala's Stampede
Shamanic Revelation
Sylvan Library
Vanquisher's Banner
Xenagos, the Reveler
Yisan, the Wanderer Bard

Let me know what your thoughts are on the deck. What do you like? What would you change? If you have suggestions please make sure they are constructive and respectful. +1's are also welcome!

Happy Hunting!

When I made this deck I thought that it would be one of the many other werewolf decks gracing the pages of TappedOut. I had no idea it would ever see the top deck list and to be placed at #45 is just a huge honor! I've had a lot of input and ideas come in so this is a community victory.

So thank arooooooo my fellow howlpack members! May your moons always be full!
