Kaalia of the Vast.

This was my first commander. I gained interest in playing MtG again just before the release of the first Commander precons. I bought Kaalia's precon and played it against some of my friends who also bought precons. The deck itself was ok, but I started altering it right away, as it had quite a few suboptimal cards and fell short against some of the other decks. I gradually invested more in my deck, but after a while started to build more and more decks that were more resilient and less linear. After a while I retired this deck.

However, I could not help to bring it back.

I would probably rate this deck a 6/10 regarding power level. It definitely has some strong cards, but the strategy is quite fragile . It's fun to play though! And although my playgroup does not always like to face MLD, I think most of the games I played with this deck were fun for them too.
