Olivia is a very powerful card on her own, and functions well in this color-shifted deck. I don't like the idea of blue control and countering everything your opponents play, so I wanted to make a deck that could function as a W/U control deck, but in Rakdos. Black is my favorite color, and red is an unexpected choice for a control deck. Olivia functions as a goodstuff card that can tempo out games later on. She can deal with annoying weenies and buff herself, or steal opponents threats. If she survives, you can beat people down with this big flyer. It's hard not to go into group slug with a Rakdos control build, but this deck tries to avoid Pox effects. This has been a work in the making for years, and I hope to see WoTC print more cards that this can benefit off of. The main win condition of this deck is still Animate Dead and Worldgorger Dragon , but I hope to find another fun Rakdos wincon that can consistently kill all 3 of my opponents, maybe a Bitter Ordeal combo.
