It's got legs!
2-1 Jeskai Control twice (This was about a week ago so don't remember the details)
Some results from trice tonight:
Mono-red phoenix (0-2):
- G1: This took me by surprise as at first, I thought I was playing a weird version of burn.
- G2: I overcorrected when I side boarded in for my mistake in G1 and ended up with dead cards in hand, (Against this matchup don't bring in both leyline AND surgical, just one of them is fine)
Goblin aggro (2-1)
- G1: Hexdrinker is a workhorse. Tossing it mana while holding one open to play push proved to be a very good play. He quickly set the game on a 3 turn clock shortly after, as maelstrom pulse cleared blockers and then he went to 6/6 progenitus mode after.
- G2: I misplayed on this game and lost. I let a Goblin Instigator hit me in the face without understanding how it fully worked or what the goblins were capable of. Never making that mistake again.
- G3: Classic Rock hand with a T2 bob that was instantly bounced and replayed by Stingscourger . Followed that by a t4 Plague Engineer and cleared the board of a Goblin Matron and a Munitions Expert . I have to say, that card basically put a massive stax on the entire goblin deck. Very impressive the kind of work that Plague Engineer puts in. Bob was removed and I closed with just the engineer and some man lands. I had damnation in my hand as a backup but it was not needed :)

Thanks for chipping in some info JKRice! So I've actually debated multiple times on the idea of Skirk Prospector in the deck, and while I think that it's a very good card and definitely has a place in a goblins deck in modern, I don't think it's this deck. I feel it's more of a card that would be run in a BR goblin storm build with other cards like Frogtosser Banneret and Goblin Warchief as your cost reducers and cards like Mogg War Marshal , Goblin Instigator , Sling-Gang Lieutenant , and Siege-Gang Commander as pseudo rituals and killing your opponent with Pashalik Mons or Impact Tremors . That being said I do agree that lowering the curve would help. I'm thinking about dropping one Sling-Gang Lieutenant and Goblin Ringleader each and adding in a Stingscourger and Goblin Cratermaker . I also haven't had a chance to play Goblin Trashmaster yet so I don't know if it's on the chopping block yet. But I'll be very conscious of how it plays while testing.

Love this deck! +1!
Gempalm Incinerator and Volley Veteran could be a great additions, cheap, efficient removal in this deck! Warbreak Trumpeter, Stingscourger, Rummaging Goblin, Goblin Wardriver, and Goblin Soothsayer are other efficient goblins that have powerful utility.

I went away, went on a Solstice vigil, and in the middle of the night had a revelation on how I would play it. I still stand by Isochron Scepter, but it doesn't address the problem you named of actually winning.
When I first saw the deck I was dubious about the enters tapped effects - it feels like they're taking the deck in a different direction than it wants to go, and splitting the deck's resources. My moment of revelation was realizing that the opponent's hand is almost always going to be full. If the deck runs right, a Temple Bell only benefits you because you're the only one playing things. So the first thing I'd add is a couple Howling Mine, Anvil of Bogardan, Mikokoro, Center of the Sea
But your hand is emptying out much faster than theirs. Khorvath's Fury draws you a card and deals seven damage to them Black Vise is almost guaranteed to do three every turn. and Ebony Owl Netsuke is doing a solid four each turn. Molten Psyche does seven or more!
This also means that bouncing things, given how hard it is for your opponents to play them, is as good removal as burn. AEther Membrane, Stingscourger or Witch Hunter might all be worth a try. Add a Trinisphere, Aura of Silence, or Sphere of Resistance to give them an extra hard time

vomitpile Legion Warboss has a much more lasting effect on the board state while allowing for more defensive play if needed. This is mainly due to the mentor effect that is fairly useful if it comes in after Metallic Mimic allowing you to buff creatures that might have not received the Mimic's Effects. While it might not be as damaging as Goblin Rabblemaster I feel that it is much more reserved in its play and responds better to spot removal.
Honestly if you just remove two of the Murderous Redcaps and one of either the Stingscourger or Subterranean Scout you would be able to run both. That or you can just remove the Legion Warbosses and replace them with the Goblin Rabblemasters if you want a more aggressive deck. Honestly I updated the deck to its current state for testing of the replacement in the next few weeks.
I guess it would be a better idea to run both to test their effects so I'll update the deck today.

@louisjrt Thanks. I really appreciate your suggestions. I have Goblin War Strike and Boggart Shenanigans in the deck already so they are certainly useful to me. Bloodmark Mentor was actually cut pretty recently, but I still think it's a decent option. Stingscourger is also pretty good in my opinion. Mogg Maniac and Goblin Taskmaster look like they could be fun to build around, in fact I'd never seen the latter before. Jeering Instigator is interesting, but you'd probably be better served using a cheaper option mana-wise like Kari Zev's Expertise. Final Fortune and Relentless Assault are certainly playable as well if you are so inclined, Aggravated Assault is another option if you favour repeatability.
