New Izzet Boi make big strong make spells big cheap

We're making our commander either consistently or temporarily strong when we want to go off.

Then we're keeping track of our storm count in case we need to finish with Grapeshot or Mind's Desire

This version can go infinite in certain situations with Mana Geyser + Reiterate to make infinite mana and infinite storm count. Seething Anger + Storm-Kiln Artist or Birgi, God of Storytelling   will also result in infinite storm count as long as our commander is on the field and has at least 3 power.

This deck can become significantly more budget friendly simply by tweaking the land base (including the expensive flip lands), with little effect on its overall power. You can also consider cutting cards such as Birgi, God of Storytelling   and Mizzix's Mastery.
