Vadrik, Astral Archmage
Legendary Creature — Human Wizard
If this game is neither day nor night, it becomes day for all players as Vadrik, Astral Archmage enters the battlefield.
Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost less to cast, where X is Vadrik's power.
Whenever day becomes night or night becomes day, put a +1/+1 counter on Vadrik.

Ahh yes, Wizard tribal. Amazing. Here's some cards to tutor, draw & ramp your way to victory with:
Mystical Tutor, Personal Tutor, Solve the Equation, Gamble, Fervent Mastery & Vedalken AEthermage are worth considering as tutors here imo. Most of the other tutors in this color combo are Artifact tutors like Fabricate, Reshape & Reckless Handling...which I suppose could end up playing into a revamped strategy here as the deck develops, who knows?
For draw, Windfall, Wheel of Misfortune (& Wheel of Fortune if you're cut like that), Tolarian Winds, & Decaying Time Loop are all great with this commander. Cantrips like Ponder & Brainstorm should probably make the cut as well, it's hard to top that value for 1 mana.
As far as ramp, I always try to roll with at least 10 mana rocks, a handful of rituals & perhaps a few cost reducers when I'm within , depending on the your deck's mana curve. I know that sounds extreme, but I swear it makes your deck awesome, especially the more it develops. As the quality of each card goes up over time, consistent ramp becomes more and more important.
Also, some combo pieces to pair with Dualcaster Mage wouldn't hurt either. Twinflame, Heat Shimmer & Ghostly Flicker all work, the former 2 are definitely more synergistic with your current list though.
I could yap about various bangers for this commander like Bribery & Acquire all day, but I'll stop here unless you request more.
Lastly, a bit of bad news...Vadrik, Astral Archmage is the best commander for big X spells lol, he's insane. I might even say that he's the best one in that color combo in general.
Cheers!

Ok hear me out!
I feel like a sub theme of reanimator leveraging cards like Scholar of the Ages, Archaeomancer & Snapcaster Mage could take your Dragon's Approach strategy to huge heights, especially if you can reduce the cost of each burn with something like Vadrik, Astral Archmage. Since you're already running Birgi, God of Storytelling Flip, it would be super easy to go infinite with Scholar of the Ages & Burnt Offering if you tie it all together with a trigger doubler like Harmonic Prodigy or Naban, Dean of Iteration.
This strategy would also help you remove a lot of cards that - while synergistic - should eventually be replaced by things that will drastically increase the core strength & resiliency of your deck like Demonic Tutor & Vampiric Tutor in a new, more powerful form.

Wuddup! Vadrik, Astral Archmage is so busted, man. Probably the best Commander p4p imo. I've been brewing him for a while now.
I see you're already running Seething Song, which is great. I'd highly recommend adding Desperate Ritual & Pyretic Ritual as well. Functionally having 2 copies of Dark Ritual in a deck is insane. Mana Geyser is pretty decent, but at Sorcery speed and at a minimum cost of , it's really not worth it compared to the others.
I would also recommend Mystic Retrieval & Mizzix's Mastery over Call to Mind & Finale of Promise respectively. As well as adding Past in Flames.
2 pieces of Equipment that I noticed shone very brightly with this Commander are Conqueror's Flail & Commander's Plate. The added bonus of cost reduction makes their power here difficult to overstate.
Buyback is a popular mechanic in typical Vadrik decks, but the only ones that are truly worth consideration are Capsize, Reiterate & Clockspinning. Haze of Rage & Seething Anger are obviously great, but they don't facilitate wins with the same frequency as those other ones. Sorcery speed sucks.
Never doubt that you need those Tutors, son! Solve the Equation, Reckless Handling, Merchant Scroll, Fabricate, Bribery & Acquire are all pretty much too good to pass up here. Reshape can also be great, depending on your Artifact list.
Free spells like Misdirection, Blazing Shoal & Commandeer can be pretty great here, given that they are likely still cheap to cast if you can't cast them for free.
Lastly, try to get yourself copies of Sea Gate Restoration Flip, Shatterskull Smashing Flip & Jeska's Will for this one if you can. Amazing!
Peace!

Have you considered Flux Channeler? The proliferate helps boost Vadrik, Astral Archmage very quickly.
plakjekaas on Can we play that commander? …

Is that Vadrik, Astral Archmage? He seems to have a lot of potential!
Don't, we have Vadrik at home.

Tic12 I didn't know that. That means you can do infinite combos with any buyback instant/sorcery that doesn't have more than one colored mana in its cost, while also having Storm-Kiln Artist and Vadrik, Astral Archmage with enough +1/+1 counters on the board, huh? Interesting

You... may be in the minority, Wuzibo.
Scour and Intro are not played cards, and EDHrec will support me on this, just look at the numbers. The reason for this is simple: they are insanely overcosted. There are two non-colorless decks where I think Intro is worth running (and Scour is right out), which I also got when I checked EDHrec: Mizzix of the Izmagnus and Vadrik, Astral Archmage, because they can reduce its cost to 0. That is sweet, and those colors don't have a lot of good enchantment removal, so tbh I'd run it there, but unless I drop its cost substantially, it's not a playable card at 5 mana because 5-mana one-to-one removal is very bad.
Looking at the top 100 instants, 8 (Cyclonic Rift, Return of the Wildspeaker, Force of Will, Dig Through Time, Inkshield, Expansion / Explosion, Magma Opus, and Sublime Epiphany) meet or exceed 5 mana. They largely fall into two categories: 1- cards you can choose not to cast for 5+ mana (Cyclonic Rift, Force of Will, Dig Through Time, Expansion / Explosion, and Magma Opus), and 2- the three others: a card draw spell, an ultra-fog, and a modal spell which, to your credit, is removal, but it's removal that draws you a card, makes you a token, and bounces an opponent's creature. So.
What I'm saying is it takes a LOT of sauce to be a worth-running 5-mana removal spell, in fact I was surprised not to see Windgrace's Judgment in the top 100, which is up to three Intros without the card draw clause. It is a bad card, mate. Scour is worse.
