Maybeboard

Ever wanted to ascend to Godhood in MTG? Well, now you can with this deck. All you have to do is rack a single infinite combo and you will have complete control over almost every single aspect of the game and will become invincible if you know what you are doing.

So how does this deck function? The idea is to pull out your Sliver Overlord as soon as possible (Around turn 4) and fetch the Crystalline Sliver and put it immediately into play on the next turn. (This will prevent anyone from easily removing your slivers until you can get your infinite combo built.) Then pull out whatever you need at that point to ensure your safety based on your opponent's deck, but only if you need to: Harmonic Sliver, Constricting Sliver, Root Sliver, or Sliver Hivelord.
After you're comfortable, you can begin pulling out the infinite combo using Sliver Overlord. Start with the Manaweft Sliver to give you more mana to spend, then pull out the Cloudshredder Sliver, the Basal Sliver, and the Sliver Queen. As soon as you have these four cards you basically win the game.

The combo works as so: Create a token from Sliver Queen, then with its haste from Cloudshredder Sliver you can tap it from Manaweft Sliver to create a single floating mana of any color, then sacrifice the token with Basal Sliver to get two black mana. Use the two black mana to create another token and repeat the process to generate an infinite amount of floating mana of any color, then you can search your deck for the rest of the slivers via Sliver Overlord. (The combo will likely occur around turn 8 on a good game.)

At this point, you can do whatever you want. You can generate infinite 1/1 tokens with Sliver Queen, generate infinite life from Darkheart Sliver, and draw the rest of your deck with Mnemonic Sliver granting access to all the non-sliver cards.

After that, you can just straight up win by attacking or completely wipe out your opponents board utilizing various methods including Necrotic Sliver, Harmonic Sliver, Constricting Sliver, or a board wipe with Dimensional Breach in case someone has a hexproofed/Shrouded invincibility method such as Platinum Angel backed up with Archetype of Endurance or something along those lines. If you do choose to do this, use Hibernation Sliver to hold all of your slivers in your hand while waiting for the board wipe to resolve, then just recast them.

Just to show off how powerful you have become you can win with Laboratory Maniac after you have milled your opponents through Kenrith, the Returned King draws and Mindlash Sliver discards while also granting everyone infinite life (just because you can) only to exile their entire deck (except for the commander) with Tormod's Crypt.

Bound / Determined, Narset's Reversal, Mnemonic Wall, and Kenrith, the Returned King provide a method for pulling your entire graveyard back into your hand. It works like so: Cast only the Bound half of Bound / Determined then cast Narset's Reversal to create a copy of it and return the original card to your hand before it resolves to eliminate its 'remove from game' effect. Now, Sacrifice any sliver (sent to library by Pulmonic Sliver to be drawn by Mnemonic Sliver or brought back by Kenrith, the Returned King) to return (up to 5) cards from your graveyard to your hand. Next, use Mnemonic Wall to return Narset's Reversal to your hand so you may copy Bound / Determined (Bound only) again. You can use Kenrith, the Returned King to bring Mnemonic Wall back at instant speed to make an infinite instant combo.

One flaw with this combo is that if at any time two out of three of these cards make it into the graveyard at the same time, you won't be able to perform the combo for the rest of the game (unless you throw in Elixir of Immortality), so be careful. But, you can make infinite board wipes with Dimensional Breach, so that's cool. This also helps you get your cards back when milling your opponents with the Kenrith, the Returned King and Mindlash Sliver milling combo and it lets you use Tormod's Crypt multiple times if playing against multiple players. Keep in mind that in order for this to actually work, you will have to return Crystalline Sliver To your hand for the duration of the combo so you can actually target your slivers.

The Pulmonic Sliver is very useful for a few specific situations. One example is when you draw your entire deck and pass to the next player. You would originally lose from your next draw step, but instead, you can sacrifice one of your slivers and send it back to the library so that you can draw it.

The Quick Sliver's purpose is for in case a player attempts to throw a board wipe at you forcing you to return your slivers to your hand, then proceeds to use a card to discard your entire hand. In response, you can Flash (instant speed) the Quick Sliver onto the battlefield, wait for it to resolve, then flash the rest of your slivers back onto the battlefield before the discard effect resolves. It's also fun to be able to play slivers during your opponents turn.

If you ever want to counter a spell or counter infinite spells you can use Disallow, then Using Kenrith, the Returned King and Necrotic Sliver you can repeatedly send Mnemonic Wall back and forth between the battlefield and the graveyard to infinitely bring Disallow or Dimensional Breach to your hand at instant speed. This way you can protect Kenrith, the Returned King and other permanents not protected by Crystalline Sliver as well as to make your friends suffer.

Before the infinite combo, the opponent just has to prevent you from reaching it. The easiest way to do this is to prevent Sliver Overlord from being able to activate its activated abilities. If they can do this to you, you will not win. If they destroy or counter Sliver Overlord or destroy artifacts or lands it will slow you down, but will not prevent you from winning as long as they do not progress faster than you. Theoretically, they can board wipe you after you get Crystalline Sliver out, but if they can't, you're safe after that. After you reach the infinite combo, I'd be extremely impressed if someone manages to beat you.
In the Misc. Section of the Maybeboard are a few fun cards to give you even more control over your opponents. Not only can you control every other player basically permanently with Worst Fears, but using a four-card combo, you can play your opponent's entire deck.

To do so, first, use Reminisce to return all 99 of your opponent's cards to their library then, spam Praetor's Grasp to exile and cast their entire deck. By destroying and returning Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, you can make infinite copies of Dryad of the Ilysian Grove to play all the lands in the same turn. Also, Elixir of Immortality is a nice backup in case you lose something important.

The other cards in the Misc. section are a bunch of niche cards that help boost the speed to bring out or protect your commander and steal your opponent's commander as well as a few more fun cards and some alternative options to cards currently in the deck. The rest of the maybeboard are just optional cards for mana ramping to provide flexibility when building the deck.

This deck is entirely customizable to achieve whatever goal you want, but what can be more overkill than taking every opponents' entire deck and playing it all in one turn.

TLDR: OP infinite combo wins virtually every game by becoming immortal and omnipotent then having many ways to play around with your opponents until they fold.

I have a version of this deck modified to allow Jegantha to be a companion making it more efficient, giving a consistent win at turn 7. "Everyone Hates Jegantha's Slivers" This deck allows for more customization and provides more options, but Jegantha's version is much cleaner and more efficient and is my recommended version.
