Creating a Budget Stax Breya Control List

Heavily based on Ashbury's Control List and developed with his significant input.

The idea is to control the board with stax pieces and trinkets and eventually win through Thopter Foundry + Sword of the Meek or Ghirapur AEther Grid + Unwinding Clock when it is safe.
