Muldrotha, the Gravetide

Why?

So I've decided to build Muldrotha. Why? Because the first deck I ever built was a very interesting, rather competitive Karador deck and I absolutely loved every game I have played with that cruel thing.

Anyways, I digress, this deck was conceived with "land wins" style of a deck and quickly evolved into a "permanents win" what with the insane recursion that comes with Muldrotha at the helm of the deck. With such a high rate of recursion, especially with extra lands flying around, cards like Smokestack don't really do much to my side of the field.

This was a wonderful resource for the stax combinations.

Unfortunately I underestimated the rate at which my things would also die, so the deck took a massive overhaul almost as soon as I had played it. A few complete overhauls later and it has become a sort of Lands/Tokens stax with a heavy Rock undertone. Staples like Smokestack and Asuza, Lost but Seeking take the forefront in my mind, while Bitterblossom and Nissa, Steward of Elements stand in the background. dear god this deck needs a lot of focus.

What? and How?

As far as structure, this deck runs largely like a land acceleration deck but with a higher focus on lands that require some kind of sacrifice drawback combined with textbook stax effects. The ultimate wincon becomes rather simple in the use of Titania, Protector of Argoth or Dark Depths to just get'em. Or just Living Plane and Massacre Wurm.

What's Next?

I believe this deck possesses a fractured identity. There is great strength in the lands deck, but I seem to lend myself more to the staxs method, yet I also worry that this deck has a far too reactive or lacks protection from the control shell.

This deck does need a good amount of help thus far, and I figured I'd apply the knowledge of all the Tappedout community to achieve that goal, since you were all such great help to me in building my Karador deck and I trust that there will be some amazing and absolutely hilarious and janky suggestions that I will love to see.
