I think with the rats and Gary alone, you won't have trouble winning games. However, I would probably add some raw card draw like Night's Whisper and Sign in Blood and lose some of the clunky cards like Zombie Assassin , as much as I want to like that card, paying 5 mana to wait a turn, then exile your own 5cmc creature and two cards in your graveyard to destroy a nonblack creature, is a STEEP cost; I would probably just make that a Murder or Oblivion Strike

If you've got Dictate of Erebos, go for all three effects with Grave Pact and Butcher of Malakir, punish people.

Defiant Bloodlord gives you access to another infinite combo.

So far I'm seeing a lot of lifegain. If that's the route (idk Teysa very well :P), Grey Merchant of Asphodel would be nice.

Zombie Assassin can weaponize those tokens for you, and Hell's Caretaker can also make use out of the tokens.

True Conviction, Suture Priest, Emeria, The Sky Ruin, Rogue's Passage, Command Tower, Cabal Coffers, Volrath's Stronghold, High Market, Ashnod's Altar, Chalice of Life  ^Flip, Boon Reflection, Attrition, Shattered Angel.
