Budget Mono-Black Devotion

Since you plan on running mono-black devotion, I would recommend running a creature-base with a as a minimum in their mana costs, since Gray Merchant appears to be the only one in your deck who does. Some creatures that come to mind are Dauthi Slayer, Chittering Rats, Liliana's Specter, and Liliana's Shade. Another creature that benefits from black devotion in the pauper format worth considering is Marshmist Titan because he's easy to get out with enough devotion on the field. Hope this helps!
Might also be worth considering more two drop cards because your mana curve tells me that you need them. Maybe some draw power from Sign in Blood would be appropriate, but you can also add some removal like Chainer's Edict or Victim of Night.

Hmmm. I need to check that. I may have left one out of the listing. It's time for me to revisit it and finish the write-up anyway. I was forgetting that I considered it unfinished; maybe that explains the missing card. As to fun, it really is. The mix of creatures, most of which are decent on their own, with the devotion elements, like Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Marshmist Titan, gives me multiple avenues to victory in what is still a fairly straightforward and uncomplicated deck.

turn the caps lock off. your least expensive creature costs 4 mana. that wont work. leyline of the void is not a mainboard card, its a sideboard card against graveyard based strategies. you run Shrieking Affliction and Waste Not, yet you only have 2 discard spells. if you want a discard-based win condition, you need more discard spells. you also have no low cost permanents that cost double black to pump up your devotion for Marshmist Titan, and you have no Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. check out my own mono black deck. the korlash one.

Solid deck.
If I had to make a suggestion maybe go the devotion route.
