I like a lot of your suggestions DaringApprentice, thanks so much! And am taking several of them. Let's see, I added in: Bojuka Bog, Hagra Mauling Flip, Sword of the Animist (so freaking good with Marchesa on the field), Laelia, the Blade Reforged, Daring Apprentice, Braids, Arisen Nightmare, and I think that's it.
Embercleave led me to finding The Reaver Cleaver, then I had a game the other night where a Captain Lannery Storm + The Reaver Cleaver rocked my world and made me decide to add it to my deck. I'm hoping the synergies for exiling cards to cast play well together in this deck and help speed Marchesa up. I'm really trying to figure out how to add in a Quietus Spike, Elturel Survivors, Geyadrone Dihada and a Deathrender in here, but don't know what to cut. I feel like everything fits so well. Any thoughts?

It almost looks like you want to play some Battlecruiser magic! Battlecruiser is a strategy where your first half of the game is spent ramping and playing tight threat removal. Cards like Plaguecrafter , Mire in Misery , and Tribute to the Wild , or even Sedge Scorpion or Foulmire Knight play into this strategy super well... as long as you're ramping, too.
The second half of a Battlecruiser strategy is preparing for an alpha strike: that means waiting until the moment is right to play Muldrotha and not allowing her to be killed or countered before you're ready (she's expensive enough that you can ramp past her cmc and wait it out). You've got a couple effective synergies that become insanely powerful if you can do them the same turn you drop your commander, which is totally possible with cards like Daring Apprentice . Preparing for that alpha strike becomes a game of setup: you gotta be ramping, self-milling, getting those combo pieces into your graveyard while taking out the most dangerous threats. It's fun if you do it right! Just ramp ramp ramp!
Consider Renegade Map , Traveler's Amulet , Horizon Spellbomb , or similar!

Current thoughts:
- For sure adding Daring Apprentice to try, though may be too slow without haste.
- Want to try Glen Elendra Archmage (though she was way cheaper when I last looked).
- Plaguecrafter will be added, even if just to replace Fleshbag Marauder / Merciless Executioner.
- Vanishing looks like a fantastic protection for Muldrotha, since I only need her on board on my turn.
- Mindbender Spores just looks like a hilariously fun and lesser known old card, that just looks like a great deterrent to attacking.
- Kaya's Ghostform is strictly better than Thrull Retainer, the buff doesn't matter much.
- Remove Sol Ring for Arcane Signet, there are so many 2 colour pips I need the coloured mana.
- For this reason, I also want to put in Lotus Field. Sacking 2 lands may hurt early game, but can be amazing late game.
- Debating Journey to Eternity Flip, the curve for the deck is low but getting an extra creature out of the graveyard at instant speed is pretty great even if costs 5 CMC to activate.
- Glacial Chasm, it just, makes me happy and could be clutch in a pinch. The cumulative upkeep is no big deal since you can let it die, so having it in your graveyard could be an awesome safety net with the limited land destruction in the format. I think sacking a land and using your land drop for it would be terrible early to mid game, unless Azusa, Lost but Seeking is out.

People always play Exploration but always forget about Skyshroud Ranger, Sakura-Tribe Scout, and Llanowar Scout.
False Prophet is a super political boardwipe. If people aren't swinging at you, theire helping you win. If they're attacking you, block with this.
Ashes to Ashes is very nice
Quicksilver Fountain ROCKS in mono blue
Spy Network gives you an insane amount of info, same with Telepathy
Daring Apprentice is very nice to just have out.

This looks like a fun control-y build for Muldrotha.
Freed from the Real feels limited here with only two creatures that have tap abilities, though. I get the infinite mana potential, but it still feels difficult to pull off with the number of cards you need to assemble.
Ashiok, Dream Render "draws" you four cards a turn and blanks opponents' graveyard strats. Plus by diversifying your threats across a greater distribution of permanent types, you get more value out of Muldrotha.
Is Daring Apprentice or Voidmage Prodigy better than running Arcane Denial with this setup?
Splinterfright is smaller than Lord of Extinction, but it gets through easier with trample and "draws" you two cards per turn.
And of course, Syr Konrad, the Grim.

Personally I don't like running the Tainted cycle of lands in three+ color decks unless the deck is VERY Swamp-heavy or there are lots of dual lands--which typically aren't budget. Your luck may vary but I've been burned by Tainted lands a lot. They're a no-brainer in two-color decks.
Daring Apprentice is a budget replacement for Glen Elendra Archmage. I run it in my Muldrotha deck.
Eternal Witness, while not truly budget, is utterly fantastic in Muldrotha decks (and any graveyard-recursion deck). Very much worth a splurge one day if you're looking to upgrade this deck. A true all-star
Anyway, here's my Muldrotha deck if you want to see it:
