I've been playing since 2012 core set, and I've switched from playing aggro in Modern to playing mostly value-based, engine-style decks in EDH. I also dabble with Pox in legacy.

  • Shard I love all the shards but I think that Bant () takes the cake on this one. I love playing my Bant Enchantress Deck and flooding the board with squirrels!
  • Tribe Vampires have been my go-to since I started playing, with Faeries and Beasts taking close seconds.
  • Block and Set Jeez...I'm really on a love/hate relationship with most of the blocks. I adore Alara, Innastrad, New Phyrexia, Zendikar (OG of course) Ravnica and Shadowmoor/Lorowyn. My favorite set changes frequently.
  • Planeswalker Sorin Markov has got style, you've got to admit. I also like Tibalt's flavor, just not the card himself. If they made a playable one he would be up there.
  • Ledgendary Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis was my first rare and I have a super soft spot for any black or white exalted. In EDH I run a cEDH Edric, Spymaster of Trest deck that I love piloting.
  • Common Aven Squire !! As mentioned before, I love white or black exalted, and this guy will always be my favorite.

Some of the best ramp for enchantress builds come in the form of enchantments. Things like Wolfwillow Haven , Overgrowth and Smothering Tithe have the potential to ramp you just as much as your sorcery ramp.

Things like Grim Guardian and Hogaak probably don't let you win as much as you'd like. You only have 1 artifact, and might want to add Sol Ring even if it's a nonbo with your Stony Silence . Maybe add in Root Maze ?

It's fun to see enchantress builds that move away from bant colors. Cool concept +1
