The main chain wins on the spot using 1 blue mana and 4 generic is 0 drop creature -> Quirion Ranger -> Scryb Ranger -> Trophy Mage (finding Thousand-Year Elixir) -> Elixer untaps Vannifar -> Fatestitcher -> Tidewater Minion -> Great Oak Guardian -> Protean Hulk -> unearth Fatestitcher -> sac Protean Hulk getting Ezuri, Sage of Hours, and 4 0-cost artifacts (Ornithopter, Memnite, Shield Sphere, and Walking Ballista)/Dryad Arbor to get 5 experience counters, and take infinite turns, this was suggested by enpc. If you are unable to get the 0 drops you can go for Pili-Pala, Grand Architect, Rootwater Diver and Phyrexian Walker, this takes an additional blue mana though.
With Hulk you can also search up Pili-Pala, Grand Architect, Quirion Ranger and Walking Ballista, make infinite mana, use Quirion and sac Pili-Pala to get Eternal Witness, getting Walking Ballista back to you hand and cast it for x=infinity.

Another chain is searching for Spellseeker to get Crop Rotation, use it to search for either Minamo or Wirewood Lodge to untap Vannifar, then search up a Archaeomancer get back Crop Rotation, use it to find the other of the formerly mentioned lands->Peregrine Drake, which allows you to untap Vannifar twice, first one, sac Peregrine Drake->Woodland Bellower->Bounding Krasis, sac boundinng krasis->Breaching Hippocamp->Body Double copying Peregrine Drake, respond to etb effect by untapping Vannifar with the other land that does so, then sac Woodland Bellower->Protean Hulk, use a land to untap Vannifar->Ezuri, Claw of Progress and Sage of Hours combo or if you have a haste enabler and a blue mana you can go for Grand Architect and Pili-Pala combo

Using Tribute Mage the plan is usually to tutor for Scroll Rack for two reasons, A: the value of shuffling away what you don’t need in the game, and B: put cards you need for the chain back into your deck. With Drift of Phantasms you are usually going to want to search for Intruder Alarm as it allows you to easily win.

Loaming Shaman, Brainstorm, Scroll Rack, and Sylvan Library are mainly in the deck to allow you to get cards you may need back in the deck.

The stax in the deck is only there to slow down your opponents more than you, so I only run cards that I wouldn't care about if they are out, like Arcane Laboratory because usually you won't be casting too many spells a turn. If you need time to get back Combo peices or an opponent is about to win on their turn,, you can use Vannifar to trade a mana dork for a Phyrexian Revoker or Collector Ouphe which can shut down many of the higher tiered decks.
Any advice you may have is welcome.
