Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath is a very special commander in that he is an infinite mana outlet that doesn't need a sac outlet like Food Chain to combo off. He also is a grade A certified thicc boi and can win games with commander damage if the game goes very wrong. He also can draw lots of cards if you escape him into play and he can be an outlet through a Cursed Totem, though that is rarely relevant.

Infinite Mana

Sigil Tracer is a very unique card, and can be extremely powerful when abused. He allows for an infinite mana combo similar to the dramatic reversal combo. This is done by using Dramatic Reversal and an additional wizard (Spellseeker)in addition to permanent based mana to loop copies of the untap spell. This combo requires a minimum of 6 overall mana and 3 permanent based mana to win, at least (2 must be from nonland permanents) (1 for reversal, 1 for flash, 1 for the first activation of tracer), (at least 1 from nonland permanents and (from nonland permanents) (for uro). But how do we set up the sigil tracer combo? With the infamous Flash + Protean Hulk combo, which lets you tutor 6 mana of creatures to the battlefield. This grabs the tracer and spellseeker, which grabs your dramatic reversal and is a wizard. This is usually done at the person going before you's end step, as the combo is sorcery speed without a Emergence Zone effect due to uro's lack of flash.
Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal can create an infinite mana loop with at least / (You must be able to make both) from nonland permanents. This is our main combo because it is cheaper to start than the flash hulk pile. This is a very basic combo that almost all cEDH players know about.

Winning the Game

Just cast uro and put him in the CZ when he dies. This gains a lot of life and puts all your lands into play. This also draws your whole deck.
Timetwister is fucking broken. Its in the power 9 and we can use it's power well. With twister, Eternal Witness, and Chain of Vapor we can infinitely cast our entire deck. This lets us make infinite swans. Infinite Swans: Cast a spell. Cast Swan Song on the spell. Cast timetwister, then draw with uro until you have no more cards in deck, then ewit timetwister, then bounce ewit with chain. Then repeat this process, netting a bird each time.

When things go wrong

Grave hate like Rest in Peace: Once the deck is in hand we can bounce or kill these. No problem

Cursed Totem: Use only mana rocks and isochron scepter.

Null Rod and friends: Use only mana dorks and sigil tracer.

Sphere of Resistance and friends: For dramatic scepter you have to make 1 more nonland mana per loop, and for sigil tracer you need 2 more mana (Doesn't have to be nonland based) at the start of the combo.

Rule of Law and friends: Bounce or kill them. You can't combo through these.

Trinisphere: You need an additional 3 nonland based mana to go off with scepter, and 2 more mana in general for flash

Notion Thief and friends: Get rid of it precombo unless its Alms Collector then you should get rid of it after you draw your deck.

Timetwister in exile: Set up the dramatic scepter combo. Then play Copy Artifact on scepter, imprinting winds of rebuke. Then play a mana dork or any other nonland permanent. Bounce it with the copied scepter, milling the table for 2. Then use the original scepter to untap everything, and repeat until nobody has a library. Pass with a hand of free countermagic and shit.

Dramatic reversal is in exile: You can't really do anything here. Usually things being in exile won't come up but if you get Praetor's Grasp'd always counter it.

Someone is trying to kill tracer or scepter: This can happen at 2 times during the loop

time 1: When there is an untap on the stack: You gotta counter the spell, hold up a counter when going off if possible.

time 2: There isn't an untap on the stack aka scepter/sigil+seeker are untapped. Combo on top of the removal spell. No need to counter it.

Notable Cards

Compost: Compost is awesome, and can draw even more cards than ever before with the amount of grindy consult decks playing a lot of black cards, obviously if your local pod is UPS, blue pod, and chulane this card sucks, but in general it's great.

Muddle the Mixture: Just a great card overall, it can protect our combo and tutor for it.

Crop Rotation: Can tutor up a Blast Zone, Boseiju, Who Shelters All, or Emergence Zone which is just amazing!

Force of Vigor: We can actually support casting it and it's absolutely amazing in the right situation. It can kill multiple stax pieces and destroy opposing combo pieces.

Food Chain: The food chain package is in my opinion inferior to the dramatic scepter or sigil tracer package. It isn't needed at the moment. If flash gets banned it will be added in.

All X-cost creature tutors: While staples in most green decks they simply don't do enough to warrant inclusion, this goes for Survival of the Fittest too.

The food chain, exile tutors, drift, oracle and CFEs are the parts of the food chain package. The issue is that this package is very inefficient slot wise and doesn't add much
The graftmage, incubation druid, and safekeeper are for this package. It is more efficient than the FC package and is being tested. It may become part of the main list soon.
B2B is ok, and could be good in some metas but it didn't make the cut, same for insight and autumn's veil.
