"What do dragons eat, anyway?"

TIMMY! This is a random commander deck between The Ur-Dragon and Morophon, the Boundless. Flip a coin at the beginning or let my opponents choose. Which ever one isn't chosen goes into the 99.

Timmy + Eminence is the name of the game. Whatever we can do to get beaters in the air and support them with utility. If we can throw Savage Ventmaw and Hellkite Charger or Aggravated Assault on the board together we can string a number of attacks together into game ending. There are no official infinite combos in the deck - it's as Timmy as it gets - Though, Aggravated Assault can go into infinite attacks with Savage Ventmaw on the board if non one has a way to remove either piece.

five colors, but we are running every shock and fetch land there is as well as a suite of fetch spells. Only thing better would be OG duals, but that's a $$$ problem. We've got support rocks and creatures/enchantments (Birds of Paradise, Joiner Adept, Lotus Cobra, Somberwald Sage,Prismatic Omen,Incubation Druid).

A removal suite essentially doesn't exist in this deck. Dragons, dragons, more dragons, and then maybe some more dragons. We need them out fast and flying high to win.

I've won with this deck a few ways, but as expected, they are Timmyish. I've ulted Sarkhan (hell, it's the only reason he is in here) and grabbing Dragonlord Dromoka off your pull is a nasty way to stop your opponents from reacting. It can be a surprise for some that don't think it through. Most, if they have mass removal, want to wait for you to drop all your dragons, then Cyclonic Rift them all to leave you dead in hand on a discard, but once you ult, there's no way to interrupt that and now with Dragonlord Dromoka down, they can't play anything.

Ulting a planeswalker is not generally a good strategy in commander. most don't make it that far. I did mention Savage Ventmaw and Hellkite Charger/Aggravated Assault as a nice combo above and it can win games, especially in 1v1, but double blocks can mess up that combo pretty quick, so its fairly circumstantial.

Any of these strategies still come down to swing swing swing. I don't even view The Ur-Dragon as a part of any wincon. By the time you are rolling it out, especially in a 4 player game, it's going to get countered/removed.

The biggest concern is I weaken the deck by not running Scion of the Ur-Dragon as my commander. Generally speaking, Scion is the better commander, but I wanted to get this more Timmy and what's better leading dragons then the creator of all dragons. I also don't run removal. I won't be countering and I won't be destroying/exiling. Go-Go Gadget Dragon!

Note, there are so many dragons to speak of, I left most out of my sideboard. I've run this deck with differing suites of them. The ones in the maybe board now are just newer releases to be evaluated. I should also mention that I specifically trimmed my repeat mana symbol dragons except in rare cases. There are some killer dragons with 3R or even just 2R that I deliberately pulled. I also lowered the curve by pulling some of those higher CMC dragons (some 6's, a lot of 7's) out. The deck hums so much better by reducing the chance to get locked there.

Feedback is welcome, especially on the maybe board and what to replace. Thanks!

Suggestions

Updates Add

Replacing Skyline Despot with Terror of the Peaks. Also replacing Darigaaz Reincarnated with Morophon, the Boundless and making this a random commander deck between Morophon, the Boundless and The Ur-Dragon. One will replace the other in the 99 depending on which one is picked.
