Focuses on using Narset to cast powerful spells for free and flood the board with enchantments, Planeswalkers, and artifacts.

Use Helm of the Host to create more copies of Narset every combat, increasing how many free spells you gain. If you hit any of the extra combat spells or hard cast from hand, you will net even more free spells.

One infinite combo comes from having a few copies of Narset from Helm of the Host and being able to cast your whole deck every turn and using Elixir of Immortality to replenish the deck and Beacon of Tomorrows to gain an extra turn every turn. There are a few more and will document them soon.

Paradox Engine will allow you to untap your mana rocks every time you cast a spell. Casting all of those free spells will allow you to accrue mana to cast cards from hand. Otherwise, it will allow you to keep using Aggravated Assault's ability and allow you to keep attacking indefinitely.

As you are able to cast quite a bit of spells every turn, why not gain life out of it by using Aetherflux Reservoir and more than likely Hyper-beam someone/everyone to death?

Reconnaissance will allow an un-enchanted/equipped Narset to be able to attack and not have to deal with blockers that could kill her. This also allows you to protect your Narset tokens from Helm of the Host from the same fate. As Narset has first strike, you can attack with her and deal damage and then pull her out of combat before the next damage step if needed.

Urza's Ruinous Blast clears everything but most of your field: Narset, Planeswalkers, Paradox Engine, Helm of the Host, The Chain Veil, and the Oaths. Basically, everything you need to win.

Cast Enter the Infinite and then Scroll Rack to stack your entire deck. Much like Proteus Staff on Narset to stack the entire deck and equip one of the boots to give her haste. Have it set-up to keep adding extra combats or turns as you continue to cast your entire deck.

Keep in mind that you can copy Narset's ability with Strionic Resonator.

Also not sure if I can mark this as creature-less as there is one creature however, this is as creature-less as you can get for commander besides using one of the special planeswalkers.
