Instant (6)

Creature (2)

Enchantment (8)

Basic Info: Animates your opponent's land into creatures so you can kill them off.

Animation:

You can not kill that which has no life, these take care of that.

Animate Land, Natural Affinity, Lifespark Spellbomb, Verdant Touch, and Quirion Druid all allow you to animate your opponent's lands in order to kill them off or your animate your lands for attacking.

Quirion Druid animates land on either side permanently. This gives you the opportunity to create an army of your own lands to end the game.

Verdant Touch is very useful early game as it is cheap and allows for using your turn two to permanently animate an opponent's land, later hitting it with an Eradicate. The other added bonus is the Buyback capability. Late game, after their lands are dead, hold on to Verdant Touch until you have 5 mana and start making your lands permanently creatures. Essentially making another Quiron Druid, although quite a bit more expensive mana-wise.

If you don't need as much animation, use Lifespark Spellbomb's second effect to sacrifice it and draw.

Death:

Fatal Push can hit anything that needs to go early game and can hit an animated land immediately.

Smallpox is even better when they have no creatures and you give them one from animation, otherwise it will help to clean up some of the early creatures.

Regarding mass land removal, Eradicate and any animation spell will allow you to strip their hand, graveyard, and library of all of whichever land you chose. This means that if they are playing a mono-colored deck and you have done well at removing the lands early game, they will no longer be able to cast anything for the rest of the game.

Land Destruction:

May as well have some regular land destruction, keeping the animation for your own lands. For this we have Sinkhole, Strip Mine, and Mwonvuli Acid-Moss.

Mwonvuli Acid-Moss has the added bonus of a little ramp. The extra land could be what you needed to pull off a Animate Land+Eradicate combo or even just to create another creature to help end the game.

Other:

Dark Ritual helps you to do some great early game combos. Say you went second, you drop a Swamp then cast Dark Ritual. Now you can play Sinkhole, killing their only land, then play a Lifespark Spellbomb to setup the destruction of their next land via animation and Fatal Pushing.

This also allows you to use the Eradicate combo turn three.

To help with some of their early game there is Inquisition of Kozilek.
