Blue isn't feasible for this, so commander isn't actually played. Going for as many lifegain triggers as possible as well as many tutors for life steal combos (e.g. Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Exquisite Blood) and infinite damage with Walking Ballista given lifegain. Several wincons from having enough life as well as Aetherflux Reservoir and ability to take one player out with things like Angel of Destiny and Revival / Revenge with life steal. A bit of proliferate to support all of the +1/+1 counters creatures get.
