InfectedToe on Sorin's Tithings

Thanks for the suggestions NV_1980, but I'm less concerned with gaining life in general and more so focused on gaining life solely on your own turn to power up the main wincon: Sorin, Ravenous Neonate  ^Flip's -1. As such, cards like Kambal, Consul of Allocation and Sunscorch Regent are often far less important since they tend to grant life on your opponent's turns. This can potentially be good with cards like The Gaffer but doesn't do much for Sorin. I did want to add Kingpin's Pet and maybe Knight of Obligation too but I'm not sure what to remove.
