Metastatic Evangel
Creature — Phyrexian Human Cleric
Whenever another nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)

After taking a look, I think I've found some cards that can have issues that you might want to switch out:
Re: Lands, Ancient Den is an artifact, which means it dies to stuff like Vandalblast or Austere Command, IMHO if you want any artifact lands you should look at Indestructible ones like your Bridge. There are also 'pain' lands, such as Adarkar Wastes or Brushland, but it's a complete cycle of 10 lands. Similarly I'd cut Public Thoroughfare and Temple of the False God, I sometimes run Temple but you really want more than 31 lands for it to work. I'd personally run closer to 36 lands in here, but your land count can vary based on your deck's average MV and how much ramp you run. If you run 36 lands you could keep Temple more safely, but I feel like it won't work all the time and it will feel really bad when it doesn't.
Re: Creatures, I don't think Esper Stormblade is a good fit in Commander (you'd want something like Baleful Strix IMHO), Fortress Kin-Guard feels meh, and I'm not sure if you have enough Modular creatures for Arcbound Overseer. Metastatic Evangel can be good if you've got a lot of counter synergy, and it's weirdly cheap for a card with that high of a ceiling. Evolution Witness similarly will play well with counter sources.
Re: Instants, Assert Authority seems awful, maybe just run Dispersal Shield? Cancel/Sinister Sabotage aren't very good cards, and they are mono-colour to boot, maybe try something like Absorb, Render Silent, or another counter that is 2 or 3 colours?
Re: Sorceries, Lingering Souls/Spectral Procession aren't great in Commander. Maybe Visions of Glory (it's only 4 mana to Flashback with your Commander) or if you've got some extra money Farmer Cotton is really good when I've used him.
The rest seems more reasonable for your budget/power level. Hope this helps!

Help with my Warrior Deck
Things you might want to look at switching out: Bleeding Effect, Sisay's Ring (this is an awful, awful card in a deck that has access to Green ramp IMHO), Worn Powerstone (this is a better card than Sisay's Ring, but not by very much), Candlekeep Sage, Tales of Master Seshiro, Inspiring Roar (this is a very bad card), Silverflame Ritual (see Roar), Lifecrafter's Gift (see Roar), Skyrider Elf, Ogre Sentry, Oakgnarl Warrior, and Abzan Kin-Guard.
Things you might consider to pulling (these are better cards, but there are often much better options): Font of Fortune (just play Night's Whisper please?), Leyline of Abundance (do you have enough mana dorks to justify this?), Omen of the Sea (see Font), Reality Twist (this card is maximum fun but probably does nothing in lots of situations, people are running less and less Basic lands), Basri's Solidarity (maybe play Metastatic Evangel?), arguably all of the 4 mana land ramp spells are kinda risky in here, I feel like you need more veggies like Rampant Growth and Sakura-Tribe Elder to help with early mana, Artifcer's Epiphany (please run Painful Truths over this), Tarkir Doomshaper, Maulfist Revolutionary, and Kin-Tree Warden.
I mentioned a few things worth looking at, but you also might like Najeela, the Blade-Blossom, she's probably the single best Warrior syngery piece. Najeela is VERY GOOD with Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, not sure if Derevi would be 'too good'. I'm sure you've heard of them both, but Karn's Bastion and Gavony Township are great in a counters list, as is good old Atraxa, Praetors' Voice. Finally, you could try Evolution Sage, it's good if you've got a few counters out already. It's in crazy-town, but if you end up using some Proliferate stuff and have lots of creature tokens you might like City of Shadows, I usually lose one or two creatures to it in order to get some decent ramp in a Selesnya deck.
I would look into more Proliferate if you find your deck is already pretty good at getting that first counter on your creatures, especially repeatable Proliferate stuff.

You are absolutely right, The creatures are a huge part of the deck and protecting them is a something I'm realizing I lack. On the other hand, Do I need to protect All of them? in this deck (as I'm sure anyone looking at it is aware) a strong source of power is creatures dying and multiplying their counters on to other creatures, often to get a close win. With this in mind, I have a couple of thoughts:
-
First adding more/any mass protection. The suggestion to add Teferi's Protection is amazing at this, ensuring to make sure that nothing dies as a result of my opponents actions and putting the control of when/how they die in my control. I can definitely see this helping, but I think I can do more.
-
My second line of thinking is, if I want my things to die and my opponent is doing the work of killing them for me, can I use specific creature protection to turn board wipes into net positive interactions. (I.e. using Fight as One to only protect Hangarback Walker and maybe Metastatic Evangel ensuring that the board wipe will only stand to make walker an even bigger threat). I do see that this plan is very ineffective against exile based wipes, and teferi's is, again, a great option I'm going to add!
I think somewhere between these two thoughts of protect everything, and charge the win-con with my opponent's removal is the base of what's going to become my sideboard. I really want cards I can use to protect my creatures into game ending resets, but I also want cards that can, for low mana, protect a single target.
again, thanks for the feedback! and any card suggestions, especially with all the new stuff out, are appreciated!

You should try Metastatic Evangel. It seems perfect for the list. Tocasia's Welcome could also help produce card advantage with your creatures, whereas power-based draw would be negated by Kyler.
Cool list!

Thank you for your suggestions DreadKhan!
Although I don't have most of these cards on hand I do have quite a lot of similar ones lying around, I will definitly try some of your strategies out. I especially like Metastatic Evangel as in this deck it is pretty much a cheaper Cathars' Crusade. I purposefully kept the number of lands in this deck low as with most starterhands I can get my commander out in T2, and I can quickly ramp mana from there. I have noticed the low number of lands has made this deck more vunerable to aggro decks and removal spells so I tried adding a couple of cards capable of protecting my commander, although I have not yet found a solution for the early game turns.
In general I should get more wipes as I definitly lack them currently. These suggestions are more then welcome so please tell me if you can think of anything else.

Harmonious Archon would probably play incredibly well in here since it sets base power and toughness, and the counters your Commander puts out mean that even a single use of the ability means all your creature outclass all of your opponents. If you wanted to make a lot of enemies you could try Humility, but that's also fairly expensive! If you did want to try it out (maybe as a proxy for awhile to see if other people hate it) the idea would be to develop a wide board and put a counter on each, then play Humility and stomp everyone with Overrun effects (Green has a bunch that are budget). If you have the Archon out it'd be hilarious to use Nacatl War-Pride to clear someone's board (it also means everything else of yours gets in vs that player since their creatures get tokens to block).
Since you already use +1 counters, you might like Metastatic Evangel, Proliferate is a really strong ability if it's at all relevant to your strategy, and this is a repeatable source. If you Proliferate a counter that doesn't stack (like a Trample counter), you can move it with Nesting Grounds. If you have any other Proliferate cards kicking around, maybe Evolution Sage or Contagion Engine, these would be great in here too I suspect.
If you find people are clobbering you with artifact and enchantments I'd use Aura Shards, assuming your opponents aren't going to flip the table, I also like Soltari Visionary as a repeatable removal and evasive creature. Transmogrifying Wand is good without Proliferate sources, but if you add both the card is pretty strong creature hate.
YMMV naturally but I suspect your deck would run more smoothly if you could sneak a few more lands into the list; if you really want to keep your creature count high you could try throwing in a few man-lands like Mishra's Factory and Treetop Village. If you want I could dig around for a few more, I'd want 33 or 34 lands for a deck like this, especially since you don't run a lot of land ramp (stuff like Rampant Growth). You might also look into Modal Dual-Face Cards, Strength of the Harvest Flip is the GW option, but Bala Ged Recovery Flip is amazing, and many good players swear by Ondu Inversion Flip, this type of card shines brightly when you'd probably want the type of effect the card side produces but are running the MDFC as a redundant copy of the effect; you don't run Ondu Inversion as your only wipe generally, you run it as your 3rd or 4th one, and if you don't need a wipe it's a land. I wouldn't cut lands to add MDFCs at your present land count, but if you were at say 33 true lands and snuck in 2 or 3 MDFCs you'd probably much happier with how this list plays out.
If you want more help with anything in particular I or someone else could probably give some ideas! Hope you have fun with your list, I love building a deck out of what I've got kicking around, you usually end up with so much character and flavor.

I have replaced Metastatic Evangel with Zameck Guildmage, since I feel that this deck does not contain a sufficient amount of creatures to justify the former, and making that change provides both another mana sink and another source of card advantage, and also improves the balance between colors in this deck (or, at least between three of the four colors in this deck).

I have replaced Abzan Falconer with Metastatic Evangel, which reduced the average converted mana cost of this deck from 3.65 to 3.63, as the newer creature far better suits the theme of this deck.
