I normally wouldn't mention this first, but according to EDHREC, about 50% of decks built with this commander pairing (and probably its' opponents) are unaware that they're cheating (and I was ready to add the following cards until I learned otherwise).

Parallel Lives, Doubling Season, Adrix and Nev, Twincasters (and the rest of that ilk), and things like Bennie Bracks, Zoologist that care about a token being "created" have ZERO synergy with The Sixth Doctor/Lithoform Engine. It does however come with a bonus plus side as a result of the same rule. Your token copies actually have a cmc that matches whatever they copied so your opponents can't destroy everything cmc 0 to wipe your tokens and you can sac token copies to something like Neoform and have the cmc counted.

Rule "111.12- A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token as it resolves. The token has the characteristics of the spell that became that token. The token is not “created” for the purposes of any replacement effects or triggered abilities that refer to creating a token."

True to form, just like any gang, I'm not sending my boys at you one at a time. More like 2, 3, 4, or more (of each) at once. Historic Tribal deck with the goal of flash convoking a historic spell every turn and copying it one or more times. The deck is loaded with flash enablers, historic spells, ways to copy The 6th Doctor's trigger/tokens (potentially several times), and untap enablers. Peri Brown comes down first and thanks to convoke you can usually curve into the 6th Dr. the next turn (other than mana rocks, try to save your historic spells for after your Dr. unless you need an extra creature to convoke with to afford to cast him).

The commanders enable convoke and the non-legendary copying of historic spells so that part is relatively easy. The deck has a few alternatives to Peri's convoke (Inga & Esika and Cryptolith Rite) but the Dr.'s effect is pretty unique (so protect the ever living shit out of him). Most of the abilities for additional copies are reliant on the Dr. and focus on triggering his ability multiple times or copying his tokens after the fact.
