Time Lord's Prerogative — Whenever you cast a historic spell, copy it, except the copy isn't legendary. This ability triggers only once each turn. (Artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas are historic. A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.)

Just a heads up, but your token doublers don't work with tokens made by The Sixth Doctor. Tokens that are the result of copying a permanent spell aren't created and won't triggers things like Adrix & Nev, Doubling Season, Mondrak, Ojer Taq, Parallel Lives, Annointed Procession, or Elspeth (Rule 111.12 if you feel like looking it up).

For extra tokens here you need more stuff like Twinning Staff and Esika's Chariot. Peter Parker's Camera, Strionic Resonator, Rhys the Redeemed, Romana II, Errant, Street Artist, Second Harvest, City of Death, and Battle for Bretagard.

So, the answer is different between The Sixth Doctor and the other two. The Sixth Doctor copies a spell and does not allow the targets to be changed. A copy made from it will have the same target and will therefore be on the same creature.

The other 2 make copies of an aura permanent. It will enter without being cast and can be attached to any legal permanent.

303.4f If an Aura is entering the battlefield under a player’s control by any means other than by resolving as an Aura spell, and the effect putting it onto the battlefield doesn’t specify the object or player the Aura will enchant, that player chooses what it will enchant as the Aura enters the battlefield. The player must choose a legal object or player according to the Aura’s enchant ability and any other applicable effects.

The Sixth Doctor is pretty crazy in a Legends matter deck.

Annie Joins Up, Flowering of the White Tree, Rising of the Day, and The Kenriths' Royal Funeral are all good enchantments here.

Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar is a nice way to keep your stuff from getting countered and with Jodah it's a pretty reliable draw engine.

Sigarda, Font of Blessings and Shalai, Voice of Plenty help protect Jodah and Company.

I personally have both a Naya and a Bant Legends matter decks currently built (Rienne, Angel of Rebirth and The Sixth Doctor/Peri Brown respectively) and used to have this Jodah built. It will be legendary.

With the original wording of Sakashima the Impostor, there would be a decent argument that it's nonlegendary, as the 'still' in the text would mean the copy effect isn't changing its legendary status.

Unfortunately for you but fortunately for everyone's sanity, the card has gotten an Oracle text revision: You may have Sakashima the Impostor enter as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except its name is Sakashima the Impostor, it’s legendary in addition to its other types, and it has “{2}{U}{U}: Return this creature to its owner’s hand at the beginning of the next end step.”

When you cast Sakashima, The Sixth Doctor will trigger and copy it. The copy of the spell will be nonlegendary, but when Sakashima the copy enters the battlefield, its copy ability will make it legendary again.

You can get around this to a degree, however, because like most clones, Sakashima's ability is a may. You may choose not to have the copy enter as a copy of anything, in which case it will be a 3/1 Creature - Human Rogue named Sakashima the Impostor. It won't have any abilities, but it also won't be legendary, so it's better than nothing.

With The Sixth Doctor in play I cast Sakashima the Impostor. The Sixth Dr says the token copy isn't Legendary but Sakashima says it is Legendary. Would the token copy from the Dr. copying Sakashima be Legendary or not?

I'm guessing the answer is no, buuuut...

If I have Communal Brewing and The Sixth Doctor out and I cast a legendary creature, will the Sixth Doctor's token copy also get the counters? I'm checking to see if the counters are a special characteristic of the spell that apply when I copy that spell or if it's just a delayed trigger.

Hey legendofa, random question. I see "Twin" is a hub name and wanted to check rather than misuse it. Is that referring to Splinter Twin? Or would something like The Sixth Doctor / Volo, Guide to Monsters / Riku of Two Reflections etc. be appropriate use of Twin?

Hey, I like the idea but there's a lot going on here that doesn't actually work.

First and foremost, Clara Oswald doesn't work with The Sixth Doctor. He says he triggers only once per turn so "triggers an additional time" effects like Clara/Roaming Throne won't do anything. I personally run Peri Brown with the Doctor so I'm not much help on an alternate companion that'll get you access to black.

Second is your Doubling effects don't work with The Sixth Doctor. Tokens that are the result of copying a permanent spell aren't "created" and won't trigger anything like Adrix & Nev, Parallel Lives, etc. to double your tokens. It's rule 111.12 if you feel like looking (or check my deck's description, link below).

You're after effects that COPY his trigger, copy the spell he's copying, and/or effects that copy his tokens after the fact (i.e. Lithoform Engine (top ability), Errant, Street Artist/Twinning Staff, and City of Death).
