You already know!

This deck is a lot of fun to play with and can get out of hand quickly. You have to pay attention to the board constantly and make sure that each planeswalker gets their abilities used. As you would expect, this deck generates a lot of attention and can quickly turn everyone against you.

Out:

Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger: More often than not I have better things in my hand to spend my mana on.

Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder: If it weren't for his need to deal combat damage to a player I would keep him in. I'd much rather use Maelstrom Nexus.

Avacyn, Angel of Hope: Planeswalkers take damage in the form of losing loyalty counters, which indestructibility doesn't help with. Great card but not for this deck.

Enlightened Tutor: I want to limit my tutors down to 1 each. I chose Vampiric Tutor because of the reduced mana cost and instant speed.

Cruel Tutor: See above.

Demonic Tutor: See above.

Serra's Sanctum: Not enough enchantments to make this card work very well.

Lord Windgrace: Doesn't synergize well and I find myself not using him at all.

Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver: I often find this card not performing as well as imagined.

Gideon, Champion of Justice: If all he does it get big and turn into a creature then I don't need him. The exiling would more often than not hurt me more than help me.

Nicol Bolas, the Deceiver: Definitely the worst Bolas planeswalker and a waste of mana.

Vraska the Unseen: First ability kind of blows and her second ability costs too much to use reliably. Her ultimate is pretty great but that's the only good thing.

Ajani Vengeant: His first ability requires the target to already be tapped in order to work.

In:

Sarkhan Unbroken: I like his card advantage and free mana. He can create some decent blockers, too, but his ultimate is pretty useless for me. His colors help ramp up my commander.

Primevals' Glorious Rebirth: This card can really bring me back out of nowhere if I get board wiped or choose to mill myself with Jace Beleren.

Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God: Gotta love the Nicol Bolas planeswalkers. He is one tough dude. All of his abilities are just OP and he is very cheap to cast. His passive ability of being all planeswalkers at once really brings a lot of diversity to the table. The colors also help ramp up my commander.

Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis: Gotta love that extra card draw and land drop. It also might help mitigate some of the attention off of me. Colors help ramp my commander.

Spark Double: Having 2 of any of my planeswalkers would be awesome and 2 Ramos, Dragon Engines would just be stupid mana and/or giant flying attackers to swing lethal damage at players.

Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh: Bolas planeswalkers are a tough and intimidating thing to face so having multiple types in my deck allows me to be aggressive and take control of the board and win. His colors also help ramp my commander.

Lotus Vale: Pretty worth the sacrifice.

Kethis, the Hidden Hand: This makes most of my deck cheaper to cast and can help me recast things that were taken out too early. His colors also help ramp my commander.

Deepglow Skate: Pretty much a staple for a planeswalker deck.

Jace Beleren: Helps draw cards that I need and can reach his ultimate pretty quickly without people noticing because of the cards they get out of it.

Brago, King Eternal: I like the idea of being able to use each of my planeswalkers abilities twice each turn with this guy.

Privileged Position: Protecting my planeswalkers and creatures from direct spells is important in making sure that I can keep the pressure on.

Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain: Card advantage is a pretty great thing to have in Magic. Combined with my commander's mana production, I can draw plenty of cards each turn.
