I'd go up to 38 or 39 lands just to make sure you'll never miss a land drop. That said, I'd focus more on things that allow me to play more lands per turn. This is one of the few times I believe Exploration works better than Burgeoning.
I'd add Budoka Gardener and Sakura-Tribe Scout as cheap ways of playing extra lands as well. I'd replace Rites of Flourishing with Ghirapur Orrery (Rites is too dangerous in my opinion and a well planned Orrery will benefit you the most).
Nissa, Vital Force has an emblem that's pretty easy to achieve and very underrated. Might be a little off budget, though. Nissa, Vastwood Seer Flip could be awesome as well, but I suppose you are aware of that.
I feel like Second Harvest might be a little too situational (but I don't dismiss its potential...) and the same goes for Harvest Season. Splendid Reclamation is only good if you plan on destroying/sacrificing your lands and I don't see many ways to do that in the deck besides Liege of the Tangle (which, btw, I don't think it's worth its price)

I love the idea of the deck. Breaking symmetry on mutual land destruction messes with the big mana decks of the format. The 2-3 land delver starts look bad now.
One small suggestion:
+1  Firewild Borderpost
+2  Veinfire Borderpost
-2  Shield Sphere INTO SB because the card is a durdly card. You are an aggressive deck that wants aggressive starts.

I've made some changes;
x3 Swell of Growths
x2 Fiery Tempers
x3 Tormenting Voices
Going down a land to 26, I think will be good for consistency. I'm trying to speed up the deck by going down 3 Sorceries and adding 5 Instants. I also have 16 tap abilities that can play at Instant speed. I've found the previous list didn't have a lot of answers to spell-centric decks. I think this may be the answer. I removed the Tormenting Voice - Fiery Temper "madness" thing out because, just those 5 cards were not consistent enough to play off each other. I'd either never draw one or the other and I was just never happy when they were in my hand all alone. I have high hopes for the extra Temur Battlerage, the Harrow and the 3 Swell of Growths that are taking their place. I've been on a quest for some number of cards that act as an engine to Unsummon my lands so I can follow up with an Explore and draw a card. We'll see how it goes. With the new list I've got only 4 ways to return lands to my hand and 16 ways (including Evolving Wilds & Terramorphic Expanse) to put an extra land onto the field. Ya, those numbers are a little lopsided and I'm fully aware of Firewild Borderpost but it doesn't do enough. I think some kind of card draw may be the answer but I don't know where I would put it in. Maybe, in place of Swell of Growth but, that just seems bad. Possibly, Commune with the Gods? IDK.

This is my Paper Pauper list so the Board, of course, is highly dependent on what you see in your local meta. And that not withstanding, not playing at least 1 Relic of Progenitus would be like playing Red without Lightning Bolt, you just don't leave home without it. I think Pit Fight is better than Prey Upon even though it is more costly. Of course, it's possible they're both worse than Vines of Vastwood. We'll see. Spring Cleaning is here to fight against Boggles. I don't know if it's the best card but, come on, just look at it. It's got to be sooo much fun to play, and the art is just plain silly.

Based on your list as-is, you probably can take out Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle You currently only have 7 mountains in the deck, so getting to the 5 mountains needed to have it trigger is going to be tough. You're more likely to just see it as a land that enters tapped and does nothing but make red mana, unless you include a card like Blood Moon. You'd probably be better off with any dual land, unless your color balance changes. Rootbound Crag probably would be better.
A couple other things: even casual EDH decks tend to need at least a couple sweeper-style effects. For your colors, I'd recommend Blasphemous Act as a definite, and then after that possibly look at cards like Chain Reaction, All Is Dust, and Nevinyrral's Disk. You might also consider non-creature wraths like Tranquility or Vandalblast. I tend to run at least three creature sweepers in all my decks, in multiple colors if possible. Green doesn't have as many, but Ezuri's Predation isn't too bad in many cases.
It looks to me like you're going for good, big creatures as your win, and there are a few good staples that you might consider. Balefire Dragon is a fantastic one in red, as is Scourge of the Throne, Moonveil Dragon, and Tyrant's Familiar.
Lastly, mana rocks! Every deck runs them, and if you don't have them, you risk running behind. Sol Ring at this point is pretty much an auto-include in ever EDH deck. Gruul Signet would be a good one for you, and with all your landfall effects, I'd say possible Firewild Borderpost would be a good one as well.
