A few suggestions:

To better enable the Reveillark and Karmic Guide combo, I would suggest using a few more tutors, such as Birthing Pod or Diabolic Tutor. In addition, I would suggest running Saffi Eriksdotter since it goes infinite with Sun Titan, Reveillark, or Karmic Guide and any free sacrifice outlet, all of which you are running in your deck already. Corpse Connoisseur can come back from the dead to secure any of these combo pieces multiple times. Unburial Rites is very powerful, so you should probably move it from the maybeboard to the mainboard. Currently you are running a lot of reanimation spells, so having larger targets to hit with them would be helpful. I personally would suggest some kind of eldrazi and razaketh, the foulblooded could help tutor your combos. Driver of the Dead goes infinite with Reveillark. Some sacrifice outlets that could help enable your combos are Viscera Seer and Ashnod's Altar. Unhallowed Pact combos with Sun titan and any free sac outlet for infinite Sun Titan etbs and infinite whatever the sac outlet does. Finally Attrition could be really good here. Just a few of my jumbled thoughts, I'll give more suggestions later.

Interesting build, czarchops.

Hmm... just my opinion, but if you're looking to sac the vamps, you should make tokens (so you're not forced to sac your actual cards), or have a graveyard synergy that can bring them back. Supernatural Stamina is a good one, but let's go deeper =)

Blood-Sucking Token Makers: Bloodline Keeper  Flip: (semi-expensive$) evasive and will get out of hand if they leave it on the board -- Call the Bloodline: requires a bit more graveyard synergy, but can pump out tokens you don't mind saccing for value.

Graveyard Synergy: Bloodghast: (semi-expensive$) probably the best vampire for this kind of strat -- Driver of the Dead: not a great card, but works well to get one of those early drops back

These are just some quick ideas off the top of my head. I hope they help. Keep brewing!

Seeing this deck is making me rebuild mine. I don't remember most of the cards I had other than the core. What do you think of Driver of the Dead, Priest of the Blood Rite, and Wakedancer as potential includes? My brew will have 4 cauldrons and 3/4 Trading Post

Gonna go out on a limb and say Liliana of the Veil is just going to be an expensive Doom Blade most of the time due to her not getting her ult off. And without even having Red Madness Vampires or a few grave-based cards (Excluding Driver of the Dead) to take advantage of her +1 Discard effect, it could be hard to even get her to 6 Loyalty without her being targeted. I'd also look at some 1 drops like Guul Draz Vampire, Pulse Tracker, and/or Shadow Alley Denizen so you can have some immediate pressure (Excluding Thoughtseize).

If you really want to include a Planeswalker though, Liliana, Heretical Healer  Flip/Liliana, Defiant Necromancer  Flip or Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath might be good includes. On flip, Liliana gives you a zombie token and her -X ability can return a desired creature back to the field first turn (Plus she can be flipped by any way your creature dies, so sac away). Ob Nixilis -3 can summon a 5/5 flying demon when he comes out, at only the cost of 2 life. These give different effects though, whereas Liliana of the Veil fits a very specific niche of sacriifcing getting around specific abilities and isn't always important. not to mention if they have multiple creatures they can just sac the least important one.
