Thanks! It's my favorite deck to play at the moment.

I sort of like the idea of the decision making needed between Treasure Cruise and Rise from the Tides, however I feel like that is just weakening an already complicated deck? Especially if they feel the need to Engulf the Shore after getting their zombies.Treasure Cruise is needed to help facilitate the Hedron Alignment win, which seems like Rise from the Tides is just going to be a dead card unless they can cast that before cruisin. My thinking when I saw Rise from the Tides was that I love the flavor of the number of instants and sorceries being related to the spell, but a card like Cryptic Serpent would always be good. If the spells are in the grave, awesome! But if not, it's very blue to pay a lot for a big vanilla body. That's just my two cents. I know you've done lots of playtesting though, so I will defer to your good judgement.

It's cool to see a Tomorrow build. That is my favorite creatures to draw into hands down, aside from Laboratory Maniac. It's sooooo good! I can't believe basically no one plays it. And its dirt cheap! If you want to see where my deck originated from it's here: As Cruel and Untamable as the Sea. If left unchecked Teferi made easy work of sifting, but the deck was as clunky as an Eldrazi crab. It either won easily or lost horribly. Do you still have your old Arcanis list posted up?

Maybe Engulf the Shore? That might not save you on a Craterhoof Behemoth swing. The Illusionist's Gambit would. Might even force them to deal lethal to someone else. It's definitely something you want to hold on to for maximum impact. It's hard to say though. It sounds like your meta is a bit different than mine.

Dude! You're like my brother from another mother. This deck is dope. All Heil Stormtide Leviathan! You've convinced me on a few cards I have been thinking about adding. In particular Dissipation Field. I was thinking it might put too much of a target on my back, but like you said would be a huge investment of resources without lethal. And on that note, I advise trying out Illusionist's Gambit. I usually save this for late game if I can. It's so satisfying to not only be able to prevent damage, but force them to swing at someone else. Thanks for the suggestion of Dreamscape Artist. Seems good.

Hey there. Nekusar is near and dear to my heart. He was my first Commander. I don't play it anymore, but I remember the playstyle well and I remember it being fun to play. You're running a list similar to mine too actually. A lot of Nekusar decks I see don't run Phyrexian Tyranny for some reason. I always found it to be an all-star of pain dealing.
Anyway, I'm just gonna spew some cards at you. Hopefully you like one of them.
My current favorite deck to play is commanded by Kami of the Crescent Moon, and my favorite way to win with that deck is Laboratory Maniac. So, to help me draw out my library as fast as possible I run Jushi Apprentice. Being that you can target any player, this could be a brutal way for you to deal a massive amount of damage to someone if you have all your "pain when draw" effects out. I'm assuming you usually have a pretty full hand when you play this and would be able to flip this easily.
Next is Gray Merchant of Asphodel. He's so common to see these days, but with all the black symbols in the enchantments in this deck, he's a house! You will surely deal a good chunk of damage, and gain a fat stack of life to help offset the damage you do end up taking from your own deck.
This next one might not be what you're trying to do, but Polluted Bonds did some work for me when I played it. It gives the opponent the option to not play lands to avoid the damage, but I've never found people all that willing to put themselves back on mana.
Lastly, in my Kami deck, which also draws a lot, I've found Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar to be really good at allowing me to dig deep for all the right spells. It's just good sift power.
Anyway, +1 from me. This is a nice build.

Maybe I'm the only one who would like this feature, but I would love it if I got a notification when someone liked a card suggestion I made. I'm pretty sure the suggestion is already linked to a user, because I can see my "good card suggestions" number tic up over time.
Perhaps a notification along the lines of: "maxon liked your suggestion of Confusion in the Ranks on "such and such deck".
I would imagine it would have to be the kind of notification you could specifically opt out of, as I'm sure there are users, perhaps more actively suggesting cards, who wouldn't want or need to be notified.
Or is this already available and I don't have it enabled?

I'd recommend Undermine, just to help get that life loss trigger.

My friend runs it in his Atraxa, Praetors' Voice Edh deck, but it's more along the lines of synergy than combo.

I ran sygg in a tiny leaders build amd LOVED it. I'm happy to see someone trying to make him work in EDH. One thing I can recommend for sure is either adding Undermine or swapping a counterspell for it. Just helps trigger that 3 life lost for sygg.

have you ever tested Shelldock Isle in this? i was thinking of adding it to my simic mill deck, which has a focus on extra land drops and big mill effects. I usually either get lucky and mill the oppenent, win with Jace's Phantasm, or die with my opponent having very few cards in their library. I was thinking this could be a nice way to cheat in that last mill spell. Although most of your mill spells are cheap to cast so maybe you wouldn't really need it.

I can't speak for modern, but he would make a great alternate general in my Kami of the Crescent Moon EDH. If you wanna peep the list, it's here: That MASTERLESS Little Kami. I don't have him in there yet, but I usually have more than 7 cards in hand when playing it. I will admit though he'll be better in the 99. It's also a budget friendly build.

Oh ok. I didn't realize dryad arbor was green. The others are not land, but I get the intent.

APPLE01DOJ, This is my current brew. All the changes are with cards I actually have, except for The Rack which I have proxies of until I pick up the rest of the stuff I want to change. I was thinking Chittering Rats would swap out with Blightning. I will also be picking up Lavaclaw Reaches.
What do you think of this build so far? Feel free to pick it apart.

If you want extra turns, why not play Lighthouse Chronologist?
