Other than the 1-of Eternity Vessel, I don't really see what the lifegain part of this deck is meant to be doing. There's no other payoffs other than that, and it seems like it's just hurting the deck, since it's playing bad cards that happen to have lifegain. If you're not too attached to that part, I think I would try to just cut that section out and go more fully in on the landfall theme, since that's the more supported half, so the deck isn't getting pulled in too many directions.

That said, trying to be a more midrange-ish deck with the landfall theme to be able to close out the game seems like it might be alright in more casual settings. If that's the direction this deck is going to go in, you definitely need more interaction to be able to answer the opponent's plays.

Tomb Hex just seems like a bad card. Yes, it fits with the landfall theme, but even if you've triggered landfall, it's still worse than many other removal spells. I'd definitely think about switching that out. Doom Blade/Go for the Throat/Oblivion Ring are okay, but there are definitely better options. Fatal Push, Path to Exile, and Vindicate/Kaya's Guile/Damn as 1-2 ofs could be decent, as more versatile removal spells for a bit later in the game. The discard spells that Caerwyn mentioned are also great, and I'd definitely try to fit some Inquisitions in.

Soul Stair Expedition, Guul Draz Overseer, and Emeria Shepherd all seem like they might not be impactful enough in the deck, seeing as you don't have that high of an amount of creatures, and high creature counts in the deck is what all of those benefit from, Emeria/Stair to recur them, and Guul Draz to buff them, as well as the latter two being very expensive cmc-wise. As much as they do fit with the landfall theme, I think those are probably potential cuts. Felidar Retreat seems like it would be higher impact, and gives you some more cards to fit the landfall theme, you could maybe try that one? Fearless Fledgling might also be decent, and is pretty low cmc.

Also, I know you had a budget for the deck, but there's still some cheapr dual lands you could play that would fit in it. Stuff like Shineshadow Snarl or Caves of Koilos is relatively cheap, and could probably help your mana a bit.

Definitely take this with a grain of salt, as there is some subjectively in building stuff like this, and no 'correct' deck, but I think I would try going with something like this:

4x Bloodghast

4x Caves of Koilos

3x Mind Stone

3x Emeria Angel

3x Night's Whisper

4x Evolving Wilds

3x Fatal Push

3x Fearless Fledgling

3x Felidar Retreat

4x Inquisition of Kozilek

2x Ob Nixilis, the Fallen

4x Path to Exile

6x Plains

1x Retreat to Hagra

4x Shineshadow Snarl

7x Swamp

2x Vindicate

No trouble!

Personally, I don't like the rate on Banewhip Punisher, Oathsworn Vampire (It's just really bad Bloodghast), Sadistic Skymarcher, Tragic Poet, Foul-Tongue Shriek, Chalice of Life  Flip, Fountain of Renewal, Bishop of the Bloodstained (Anthems and Sanctum Seeker will just be a lot more damage over the course of a game), Ravenous Chupacabra, Profane Procession  Flip, or Underworld Connections. They're all just very low impact in a 40-life, 4-player format, with the exception of the last two. Profane Procession  Flip is just so much more expensive than something like Rise of the Dark Realms, and while you're not the first person I've talked to who seems to think Underworld Connections is an acceptable substitute for Phyrexian Arena, man is it ever worse.

I don't like the rate on Call the Bloodline, either, unless you want to go deeper on a Madness or Reanimator theme, which could work, since you might want Voldaren Pariah  Flip, anyway. If you did that, Call to the Netherworld gets back Elenda, Big Game Hunter is a nice replacement for Banewhip Punisher, Bishop of Rebirth could be decent, and bigger vamps like Nirkana Revenant, Patron of the Vein, Necropolis Regent, Guul Draz Overseer, Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter, and Butcher of Malakir become much more attractive. That would require a lot of changes, though. You could keep Profane Procession  Flip and get a lot more out of Crypt of Agadeem that way, though, so maybe don't rule it out.

Hour of Promise or Pir's Whim in place of Solemn Simulacrum. Horn of Greed for land-based card draw. Skullclamp could let you draw from the small tokens. Garruk's Packleader and Elemental Bond let you draw from the big ones. Deathreap Ritual and Smothering Abomination lets you draw from sacrificing tokens. Shamanic Revelation draws lots of cards and gains you life. Symbiotic Deployment works too.

Sporemound makes tokens from landfall and goes infinite with Life and Limb. Dunes of the Dead and Gods' Eye, Gate to the Reikai are lands that make tokens when they are sacrificed. Helm of the Host is great when equipped to creatures that make tokens. Blade of Selves might work too. Nacatl War-Pride is really strong with token doublers.

Growing Rites of Itlimoc  Flip, Mana Echoes, and Xenagos, the Reveler will generate a lot of mana from tokens. Druids' Repository adds mana when they attack, and Pitiless Plunderer adds mana when they die.

To make your tokens bigger, try Beastmaster Ascension, Guul Draz Overseer, Coat of Arms, Shared Animosity, Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest, Bloodspore Thrinax, Ogre Battledriver, or In the Web of War.

Hi! Here are some inexpensive cards to improve the pre-con!

For the mana base, check out this website. That'll give you all the options in your colors. It'll also tell you the artifact and ramp options! Remember, 37 lands, 10 ramp, 47 mana sources total.

Token Producers: Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle, Legion's Landing  Flip(becomes a land, hard to remove!)

Buffing Our Army: Indulgent Aristocrat(small cost for effect), Drana, Liberator of Malakir(+1/+1 counter theme, Vampire Nocturnus(only if you find yourself heavy in black), Guul Draz Overseer(again, heavy in black. run Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth), Necropolis Regent(+1/+1 theme), Urge to Feed(removal, +1/+1, Eldrazi Monument(VERY important), Vanquisher's Banner(card draw!), Stensia Masquerade(+1/+1 counters), Cathars' Crusade(Important, +1/+1 counters), In the Web of War, True Conviction, Ogre Battledriver, the outlast lords Abzan Falconer / Mer-Ek Nightblade / Abzan Battle Priest, which synergize with the +1/+1 counter theme again, Elenda, the Dusk Rose(+1/+1 counter theme)

Vampire Drain: Sanctum Seeker, Bishop of the Bloodstained

Protection: Glory, Boros Charm, Rootborn Defenses, Eldrazi Monument... your tokens are the most important part of your strategy. Protect them!
