This deck is a reincarnation of my first Magic deck, a Sen Triplets discard list.

The goal of the deck is to control our opponents and starving them of resources, while slowly draining their life. There's no combo that makes us win in one turn, but there are a couple cards and interactions that can accelerate us towards victory or keep us from losing.

A really powerful interaction occurs when we put an aura on the battlefield without playing it from our hand: because the aura is simply put onto the battlefield and it comes attached to a creature, we do not need to declare a target for it, it simply enters the battlefield attached to that creature. This lets us attach auras to Zur the Enchanter even if he is equipped with Lightning Greaves or enchanted with Diplomatic Immunity ; at the same time this interaction lets us attach the three "mutations" ( Darksteel Mutation , Deep Freeze and Imprisoned in the Moon ) to enemy creatures even if they have hexproof or shroud. To exploit this interaction we need to tutor the auras with the commander or bring them back from the graveyard with Starfield of Nyx .

Two defensive combos are Phyrexian Unlife + Solemnity and Glen Elendra Archmage + Solemnity ; the first keeps us from losing by means of damage (commander damage can be a problem in some cases), meanwhile the second protects our board by countering any non-creature spell for only 1 blue mana, over and over again.
