This is a Sliver tribal commander deck built primarily around Sliver Overlord's ability to tutor Slivers and combo them. Every combo that can be built with Slivers only is marked with a [S]. I tried to limit this list to only the most effective 2-5 card combos (e.g. Sliver Queen + Lavabelly Sliver + Basal Sliver = Infinite direct damage and healing), but I'm sure there's room for improvement in both missed combos and increased optimizations. So, please share your thoughts in the comments. Also if you're uncertain how a combo works, let me know in the comments and I'll elaborate.

Combos:

Sliver Overlord + (Training Grounds OR Biomancer's Familiar OR Zirda, the Dawnwaker) = Sliver Overlord's abilities cost
Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver = Tutor and play Slivers as instants. This combo allows for a 'Counter Sliver' play style. Conserve as much mana as possible during your turn, then tutor Slivers as instants in response to your opponents actions, and/or cast Slivers during the end phase right before your turn begins. Quick Sliver must be on the battlefield to play other Slivers as instants, including the commander [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Crystalline Sliver = Instant counter of a spell or ability targeting a Sliver, and Slivers can't be the target of spells and abilities [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Sliver Hivelord = Instant counter destruction of Sliver(s) you control, and Slivers you control have Indestructible [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Root Sliver = Instant counter of a counter spell targeting a Sliver, and Slivers can't be the countered [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Sliver Legion = Instant addition of all Slivers get +1/+1 for each other Sliver in play. This can be cast in response to a -0/-X (one of the ways to destroy Slivers with Shroud and Indestructible), or in the combat phase, after attackers or defenders are declared, to get some unexpected kills and/or player damage [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Constricting Sliver = Instant exile of target creature an opponent controls (until Constricting Sliver leaves the battlefield), and Slivers may exile a creature an opponent controls when entering the battlefield, until they leave the battlefield [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Harmonic Sliver = Instant destruction of Artifact or Enchantment, and Slivers you control destroy an Artifact or Enchantment when they come into play. Hoiwever, you must destroy an Artifact or Enchantment when a Sliver comes into play, if your opponents don't have any, then you have to destroy your own. So you may want to have the ability to remove Harmonic Sliver from the battlefield with a card like Darkheart Sliver, Hibernation Sliver, Basal Sliver, Ashnod's Altar, Psionic Sliver, or Necrotic Sliver. Pulmonic Sliver can redirect Harmonic Sliver to the top of your library if sacrificed [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Hibernation Sliver = Instant return Sliver(s) to your hand for 2 life each, and all Slivers have pay 2 life to return to owner's hand [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Intruder Alarm + (Gemhide Sliver OR Manaweft Sliver) = Tutor and/or play a Sliver every time an opponent plays a creature. When an opponent plays a creature spell, tap your Slivers for mana, then untap them when it comes into play. You can also tap them again if you just tutored a Sliver, because they'll untap when it comes into play
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + (Cloudshredder Sliver OR Pulmonic Sliver) = Instant addition of, Slivers you control have flying. Can be cast in the combat phase after attackers are declared to unexpectedly block and kill flying creatures [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Striking Sliver = Instant addition of, Slivers you control have First Strike. Can be cast in the combat phase after attackers or defenders are declared to get get some unexpected kills [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Bonescythe Sliver = Instant addition of, Slivers you control have Double Strike. Can be cast in the combat phase after attackers or defenders are declared to get get some unexpected kills and/or deal unexpected player damage [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + (Toxin Sliver OR Venom Sliver) = Instant addition of, Slivers you control have Death Touch (and if you used Toxin Sliver can't be regenerated). Can be cast in the combat phase after defenders are declared to get get some unexpected kills [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Virulent Sliver = Instant addition of, Slivers you control have Poisonous 1. Can be cast in the combat phase after defenders are declared to deal unexpected Poison counters [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Quick Sliver + Amoeboid Changeling + (Heart Sliver OR Cloudshredder Sliver) = Instantly steal any creature permanently [S]
Sliver Overlord + Amoeboid Changeling = Steal any creature permanently [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Amoeboid Changeling + (Heart Sliver OR Cloudshredder Sliver) = Steal any creature permanently this turn [S]
- Sliver Overlord + Amoeboid Changeling + Scuttling Sliver + (Basal Sliver OR Ashnod's Altar) + (Training Grounds OR Biomancer's Familiar OR Zirda, the Dawnwaker) = Steal every creature and sacrifice them (don't need to sacrifice the last one)
- Sliver Overlord + Amoeboid Changeling + Scuttling Sliver + (Gemhide Sliver OR Manaweft Sliver) + (Training Grounds OR Biomancer's Familiar OR Zirda, the Dawnwaker) = Steal any creature permanently, then steal additional creatures for each. Enemy creatures will be tapped, and be aware of whether opponent's creatures have summoning sickness, or are already tapped, as this prevents them from being tapped for mana
- Sliver Overlord + Amoeboid Changeling + Scuttling Sliver + (Training Grounds OR Biomancer's Familiar OR Zirda, the Dawnwaker) = Steal any creature permanently, then steal additional creatures for each
- Sliver Overlord + Amoeboid Changeling + Scuttling Sliver + Sliver Queen + Mana Echoes = Steal every creature permanently, infinite Sliver tokens, and infinite colorless mana

[*] The Achilles heel of this deck is to steal Sliver Overlord. This both cripples the tutor/combo ability of this deck and lets your opponent steal every Sliver you control. So, it's beneficial to have some sort of sacrifice or return to hand option before you bring out Sliver Overlord like: Hibernation Sliver, Darkheart Sliver, Basal Sliver, Ashnod's Altar, Necrotic Sliver, or Homeward Path. If you do sacrifice Sliver Overlord, you can use Pulmonic Sliver to redirect it to the top your deck so you don't have to pay the 'Commander Tax'.
