All card names start with S.

S is the only letter that is really viable for this kind of restriction, since it gives access to snow-basics. Since the manabase is still very bad, 2 colors are the most reasonable approach. You also get access to Sol Ring, Stoneforge Mystic, Steelshapers Gift, Stonehewer Giant and all Swords of X and Y, therefore Voltron seems like a solid strategy. Shu Yun is a solid choice for this, since blue white doesn't have many other great Voltron commanders and red can simply be ignored.

The deck is of course very casual. It's removal options are very limited, so planning ahead and talking to your opponents is necessary.

If you find enough red cards you like, consider creating a Sunforger package. Also, with a higher number of good instants and sorceries, Snapcaster Mage and Spell Seeker would fit very well.
