Update: Took out Exotic Orchard for Study Hall as a way to cast your ops spells from Praetor's Grasp.

Study Hall with the added benefit of scrying when casting Torgaar, and exotic orchard was a colorless land in most cases anyways.

Command Beacon, Study Hall and there was another land that cuts the commander tax in half (can't remember the name).

Scepter of Celebration could give you a ton of corrupted citizens for fodder, as could a bunch of other cards, but I think you need another way to get +1 counters even more. Master Chef, Borborygmos, cards like that.

Castle Vantress, Isolated Watchtower, Study Hall and Soldevi Excavations.
