This deck is a combo deck that draws the entire deck in 4 turns. The main focus of the deck is to ramp hard, cast Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain immediately, and reduce the cost of artifacts to zero to draw the entire deck. It wins through combo cards like Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, Laboratory Maniac, or Aetherflux Reservoir.

The commander Show

Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain was trained by Urza, Lord High Artificer at the tolarian academy. She is an expert in artifacts who rewards you with card draw whenever an artifact spell is cast. With a little help, jhoira will draw your entire deck in 4-5 turns.

creatures and Planeswalkers Show

Memnite, Ornithopter both are 0 cost artifacts that happen to be creatures. They're mainly used for the combo. Goblin Welder a fail safe for artifact removal, trades useless artifacts in play for key cards in the graveyard. Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector, Herald of Kozilek, and Jhoira's Familiar all needed to reduce the cost of artifacts. Getting these into play will snowball the deck into more and more free artifacts. Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, these arr Win conditions, jhoira draws the entire deck then they let the deck instantly win Saheeli, Sublime Artificer can generate an army of tokens and turn useless artifacts into important ones Metalworker can produce outrageous amounts of mana Urza, Lord High Artificer a very powerful creature that lets annoy artifact tap for a blue mana. Also creates a powerful token, and can let you play cards off the top of the deck. Psychosis Crawler alternative win condition. Once the combo is in play this creature sets the clock on the number of cards that the deck has to draw.

Retract, Hurkyl's Recall, Rebuild, and Paradoxical Outcome, when this deck runs out of artifacts in hand these cards will return the artifacts to the hand so they can be played again. Paradoxical outcome in particular is very powerful and is often used to propel through the remainder of the deck. Counterspell, Mana Drain, Negate,Fierce Guardianship, and Force of Will, useful counter magic to protect the combo Cyclonic Rift resets atl opponent's board states so the deck can win while it's opponents rebuild Dramatic reversal + isochron septer used to generate infinite mana with mana rocks Chaos Warp takes out any troublesome permanent Mystical Tutor Merchant Scroll tutors for win conditions Mana Severance once there us enough lands in play removes the rest of them from the deck. Very effective considering

Words of Wind a combo card with many of the cheap artifacts in the deck, can fyi infinite and returns all your opponent's permanents to their hands Storm the Vault   doesn't stop the combo and when it transforms it makes a ton of mana. Teferi's ageless incite works with jhoira to speed up the draws and get through the deck quicker. Makes it easier to draw more artifacts

The strategy Show

Turn 1 and 2- play mana rocks as much add possible to get to 4 mana, try to get access to both red and blue mana, and maybe cast Etherium Sculptor

Turn 3- cast jhoira, play an artifact land if possible to start drawing, cast any 0 cost artifacts not already cast and drawadd many cards as possible. It is possible, though not likely, that the deck can start comboing off on turn 3, if there is extra mana the deck focuses on casting artifact cost reducers

Turn 4-start by casting artifact cost reducers, reducing the cost to cast artifacts until every artifact can be cast for free. This is the time to play any infinite combos, or bounce all the artifacts to hand to do it again. The game should not go past 4 turns.
