Could be worth doing some budget upgrades to the land base - there's been a few nice (and affordable!) land cycles that might help fix your colours as you play:
Some budget dual lands could be:
Festering Thicket Llanowar Wastes Necroblossom Snarl Restless Cottage Tainted Wood Vernal Fen Wastewood Verge
Wastewood Verge is more expensive but could be a potential future upgrade
Couple of utility options might be:
Castle Locthwain - Card draw Bridgeworks Battle Flip - Versatile land or fight spell

Budget Meren
Meren as a commander really pushes you to build with a high density of creatures-which are currently only a third of your deck. In this case I would cut most of your non-creature ramp for cheap mana dorks (Somberwald Sage, Arbor Elf, Fyndhorn Elves, maybe even Viridian Emissary, Solemn Simulacrum or Springbloom Druid).
I would also do the same with your other critical deck areas such as removal, draw, boardwipes, sac outlets. I would cut Alesha's Legacy, Overwhelming Remorse, and Putrefy in favor of Merciless Executioner, Insidious Fungus, Grist, the Hunger Tide, Foundation Breaker, and Acidic Slime. Also with more creatures gives us better tutor options: Fauna Shaman is worth the money here, and Jarad's Orders is super efficient. Mausoleum Secrets is kinda cool but it only grabs black creatures which I don't like- up to you if you want to keep it.
Drawing cards is overrated in this deck- your hand IS your graveyard. I would lose the Village Rites, Read the Bones, Sign in Blood, Bastion of Remembrance and Disciple of Bolas to bring in cards like Golgari Thug, Stitcher's Supplier, Skull Prophet, or Satyr Wayfinder. Nyx Weaver and Golgari Grave-Troll are an absolute must.
Not sure terastadon belongs here, as much as I love it. It's nice as a reanimation target but meren will have trouble bringing it back and the deck isn't ramp heavy enough to reliably have the mana to cast it. Instead, maybe a Skullwinder or Junji, the Midnight Sky to give you some added recursion.
You may want to also add in about 5 cheap nonbasics. Temple of Malady, Woodland Cemetery, Dakmor Salvage, Tainted Wood, Twilight Mire, Viridescent Bog, Necroblossom Snarl are all very solid choices. Lands entering tapped won't be a super large issue if you stick to 5 or so but you will definitely notice the mana smoothing and appreciate it.
Hope this helps!

I would add more mana dorks: Ignoble Hierarch adds Jund colors and gives exalted as a bonus Deathrite Shaman acts as graveyard hate and can drain/gain at instant speed on on top of exiling any lands from anyone's graveyard for mana of any color also at instant speed. Delighted Halfling adds colorless or any color for legendary creatures and makes them uncounterable.
I would also add more aristocrat/sacrifice effects: Korvold, Fae-Cursed King crazy draw engine with sac synergy and a potential one-shot kill if he gets big enough Mahadi, Emporium Master generates treasures EOT based on how many creatures died, setting you up for big plays in the coming turns Pitiless Plunderer generates treasures whenever another creature you control dies immediately Chatterfang, Squirrel General basically a 3 mana Parallel Lives. Goes infinite with Pitiless Plunderer 1.Activate Chatterfang by paying b and sacrificing two other Squirrels. 2.The Squirrels die, triggering Pitiless Plunderer twice, creating two Treasure tokens and two 1/1 Squirrel tokens. 3.Activate a Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding b. 4.Repeat. 5.Resolve all Chatterfang abilities, causing any number of target creatures to get +2/-2 until end of turn any number of times. This gives you: Infinite colored mana. Infinite death triggers. Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB. Infinite sacrifice triggers. Infinite Treasure tokens. Reduce all opponents' creatures to 0 toughness.
Some pay off for sacrificing Mirkwood Bats, Blood Artist, Garna, Bloodfist of Keld & Poison-Tip Archer are good win condition for infinite sac outlet effects
Some better tutor effects: You can replace Diabolic Tutor for some other options below Diabolic Intent Tutor for 2 mana for any card with an additional sac requirement for sac effect synergies Demonic Tutor The OG best tutor Diabolic Revelation You wanna be cheeky? If you have big mana you can dump it all to grab multiple pieces to win the game
Some ramp effects: Cultivate & Kodama's Reach puts one to hand one to battlefield Nature's Lore & Three Visits puts any forest card onto the battlefield Entish Restoration is a new card that is better than harrow because you sacrifice a land on the resolution of the spell rather than paying the additional cost upfront, which makes it more safe from a feels-bad counterspells which puts you down a land. If you have a big enough creature you get 3 basics to the field all at instant speed as well. Nissa, Vastwood Seer Flip is a pet card of mine which allows you to search for a basic and when you have 7 lands she flips and generate lands and card draw for pretty much free. Oracle of Mul Daya Allows you to play an additonal land every turn and allows to play them off the top of your library. If you dont see a card you like you can shuffle it away with a fetch land to try to get another off the top.
Better Lands: Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth & Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth are must includes allowing all your lands tap for B/G respectively in addition to your other colors. The pain lands Llanowar Wastes, Karplusan Forest & Sulfurous Springs are cheap dual lands that give you all your colors The reveal lands Game Trail, Foreboding Ruins & Necroblossom Snarl are also good cheaper options which give you dual colors The shocklands Blood Crypt, Overgrown Tomb & Stomping Ground are fetchable and come into play untapped for a measley 2 life are some of the best lands in the game Verdant Catacombs is the last fetch of your color not included. I would include it if you could because it allows all three of your fetches to fetch any of your shocks or battlelands. You can also include other Fetchlands as well such as Arid Mesa, Misty Rainforest etc to fetch because they can fetch for one of the jund colors of lands at least, however, they aren't as efficient Ziatora's Proving Ground is a must include because you can fetch it out and it taps for jund as well as cycle if it comes too late. If you don't have a turn one play you can fetch it out as your best land with no plays.
Hopefully this helps

Some thoughts:
-
You never really want to play lands that are very likely to enter the battlefield tapped - all of Vineglimmer Snarl, Choked Estuary, Necroblossom Snarl, and Zagoth Triome are all waay too slow to be useful. If you can't acquire fetchlands, then I'd suggest trying to acquire the fastlands - Blooming Marsh, Botanical Sanctum and Darkslick Shores.
-
With no basics, you automatically lose to Blood Moon if an opponent plays it. You also have absolutely nothing to gain if the opponent casts Path to Exile or Assassin's Trophy on one of your permanents.
-
For Collected Company to have any reasonable chance of hitting at least 2 creatures, your deck needs to have at least 27 creatures within it - without this number there's no point to playing the card. At the moment, with only 15 creatures that the card can use, the card just isn't good enough.
-
Once you remove Collected Company, your deck has a lot more lands than it will need - and you could easily drop down to 22 (or possibly even 20).
-
Urza's Saga lends itself really well into finding various 1-of toolbox cards that can save you in certain situations. Having a single copy of cards like Shadowspear, Pithing Needle, Relic of Progenitus etc can help you put-the-squeeze on many opponents.
-
Lonis, Cryptozoologist really wants to live in a deck with lots of creatures. Just like Collected Company, your creature-count isn't high enough to justify this card.
-
If you're playing Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar, you probably want to play the full playset, as well as the full 4-ofs each of Ovalchase Daredevil and The Underworld Cookbook.

Muldrotha: Budget Elemental Tribe!
Hey, you've moved on from snow :) Nice version on budget, interesting strategy of proliferate. Unique combination of Muldrotha with Elementals and proliferate.
Consider less basic Forests? Get more green sources from budget dual lands to help color fixing? Command Tower is a staple land in Commander for multicolored decks. Exotic Orchard in multiplayer Commander will rarely not make the color of mana you need. Path of Ancestry is a Tri land that also provides repeatable scry when used to cast an Elemental.
The Pain lands ETB untapped and in my opinion they're among the best budget dual lands in Commander. Wastes and River have just been reprinted in the latest Standard set Brother's War.
Even cutting some basic Forests for dual lands you'll still have many basic lands therefore consider some dual lands that care about basic lands? The Snarls care about basic Forest in hand and you'll have many of them.
These are staple budget mana rocks in Commander. Sol Ring can be really helpful to cast Muldrotha.
Improving color fixing from lands can also help to cast the five drop budget Cavalier Elementals who have nice ETB trigger and die trigger, that's good with Muldrotha. Cavalier of Night is also a sac source to sac a creature you control to cast it again with Muldrotha.
These are excellent budget cards with Muldrotha and have synergy. The creature you get with Neoform ETB with a counter, ready for proliferate. Jarad's Orders can tutor for Witness and another creature.
Good luck with your deck.

bushido_man96 I was on the fence about Dawn of Hope, and Pact Weapon has been in and out of this deck. I think replacing both of those with something better is a good call. I envisioned Pact Weapon being equipped to Nethroi, negating any of the life-loss from the card draw with his Lifelink.
That is an interesting perspective about cutting the lifegain sub-theme entirely. Gray Merchant of Asphodel was in the original build and I had/have a pretty decent devotion to black. So I added Sanguine Bond to capitalize on that. But I could definitely be open to replacing those cards with some more exciting creatures at lower CMC if you think that would be wise?
multimedia I had Llanowar Elves in the deck, but I decided to pull the mana dorks in favor of cards that put lands (which are harder to remove) onto the battlefield. Like Sakura-Tribe Elder. I will definitely consider Llanowar Mentor though! Creating multiple token mana dorks and being an additional discard outlet for dredge cards seems like a no brainer. Llanowar Wastes and Necroblossom Snarl also seem like good adds! I had considered adding more green sources since most of my ideal early card plays (Fauna Shaman, Ramunap Excavator, and Dryad of the Ilysian Grove) require green mana.
Thanks again for those suggestions!

One drop mana dorks, most are budget, is good ramp with Nethroi because they can also be a nonHuman creature to mutate.
Avacyn's Pilgrim is a Human, but I would still play it. Mana dorks are also excellent fodder for Dread Return flashback. If you were to play these green one drop mana dorks then you would want to adjust your deck's budget manabase to make it easier to make green mana turn one. Llanowar Wastes, Exotic Orchard, Necroblossom Snarl and more basic Forests. I honestly think it's worth adjusting the manabase to play these mana dorks.
Llanowar Mentor can repeatedly create a Elf mana dork for ramp or fodder by discarding a dredge card or any other creature to help to setup Nethroi. Having other discard outlets for dredge cards is important to keep being able to dredge. Fauna Shaman is great, but can't count on always having Fauna.
