Yidris Citadel Storm. The main wincon here is to storm out with Aetherflux Reservoir or alternatively, using Dramatic Sceptre to ping everyone with Deathrite Shaman , or multi wheeling with Molten Psyche . This deck is designed in such a way that if you get a cascade off Yidris, it should nearly always get you a bit of value, so its light on the counters. Red Elemental Blast can at least destroy a blue permanent, which there are many of in my meta, and Veil of Summer can just be a free draw sometimes. Similarly, I prefer not to run X cost spells like Rolling Earthquake as I feel they can be a bit unreliable. Turn 2 Yidris can lead to explosive mana and card advantage very quickly.

Key lines of play:

Bolas's Citadel + Sensei's Divining Top : Draw any card off the top of your library and recast top for 1 life. Lets you dig for anything with lethal efficiency, remove lands for Citadel while providing as much fodder as you need for Aetherflux Reservoir

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal : With enough rocks, infinite mana. Speaks for itself. Having infinite mana isn't always necessary of course, but it does help. Backup wincon in conjunction with Deathrite Shaman

Wheels + Molten Psyche : A bit trickier than straight storm, but chaining wheels into Molten Psyche and recasting it with Past in Flames can take people by surprise.

Updates Add

Finally managed to play this in a few cEDH pods outside my own group, and its done pretty well against fully powered Urza! I feel its finally at what I'd consider a cEDH level. I've still a ways to go, lots of upgrades to the mana base and spells like Wheel of Fortune and Yawgmoth's Will , but its getting there.
